We have researched the reservation made on the afternoon of arrival, and found no indication of special requests, nor any phone calls directly to the property staff. Many times a guest has reached a reservation service without access to the location of available rooms. Downstairs access room preference generally requires, at the least, an advance notice before noon on day of arrival. We hope the remainder of your trip was pleasant.
