Great location
Condo was right on the water, very clean and comfortable. Wall of windows overlooking the ocean was great. Nice breeze in the evening. Some may not like the location right next to the marina, but that provided walking distance to restaurants, the aquarium, and boats leaving for sunset cruises. Entrance to the building is not the most appealing, but you get over that once inside . Would definitely repeat !

Perfect spot!
I truly couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else while on Maui! This condo was centrally located, corner unit, beautiful view, spacious and just plain incredible! We saw turtles every morning and evening in the water from the balcony, saw some sting rays in the bay as well. We ate at the general store most mornings for breakfast and they had little odds and ends we needed. We could get anywhere on the island within such a short drive! We took a boat tour at the marina and got to see dolphins and snorkel. We had the best time! They had chairs and an umbrella for the beach. They had dishes for us to cook. It truly felt like home for almost two weeks. We will absolutely be back!

PROS: Central Maui Location. Close to the airport. 2 great bedrooms. Fun SeaTurtles to watch outside just steps away. Updated kitchen. New comfortable recliner couch. Cons: I would not have stayed here had I known my friend in a wheelchair could NOT get down to the pool or lawn area. (Not ADA friendly). The condo is in the flight path to the airport so loud low flying aircraft. The lanai pictures are misleading with the newer or different furniture. (Neeeds to be updated)

Oceanfront Maui Paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful oceanfront property with sea turtles swimming up close and in view daily. The condo was well appointed and had up to date features. The double lanai was where we spent most of our time enjoying ocean breezes. The beds were clean and comfortable and we were able to walk to shops and local eateries. The gift basket was an added surprise and our fresh pineapple was enjoyed by all along with macadamia nut chocolates, Maui coffee, special teas and jam. We would definitely come back here! Our stay was relaxing and one of our best vacations!

We stayed in May. The description is a little off regarding luxury, but we all have different definitions. There is not a primary bedroom. Meaning no bathroom is connected to a bedroom. We had a few issues while there with hot water, ac, and fans breaking. The view was great.

Aloha and thanks for the review. Just to clarify, the bathroom is right next to the master bedroom, just not an en suite. Many people come to our Island and discover the small sizes compared to the mainland.....smaller parking spots, less roads to go places and smaller hot water heaters. Spacing out showers, laundry and dishwasher use helps greatly! The ceiling fan has been replaced.

Beautiful view!
Loved having coffee while watching for whales in the morning. Condo was super clean and equipped with everything we needed! Property manager Barbara was quick to respond to all our questions and needs. Condo is located close to marina and Aquarium but all other attractions you will need a car to get to.

Spectacular View!
The condo was beautiful, comfortable and the lanai was the best place for relaxation. We watched whales every day from the lanai, truly amazing experience! The bathrooms were clean and spacious, we only wished that the second bathroom was off the living room, not in the hallway with the bedrooms. We have recommended it to another couple who will be visiting Maui in the near future.

Anniversary get away
Exactly what we needed. Quite area except for a little remodeling from our neighbors. Centrally located to be able to visit the entire island easily. This was the best rental we have ever rented. Very pleasantly surprised by the amount of supplies in the condo. The view was right on the money. The pictures were accurate of the condo and view. Barbara, our contact agent was wonderful. We will be back!

Great Condo in a Great Location
This condo has everything you could possibly need and is in the perfect location for exploring all of Maui. Very relaxing to be away from the crowds, overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves crashing from the double-wide balcony (a truly rare, amazing feature). Barbara and her associate Julia are great hosts!

Very good to work with, responded quickly to all questions and concerns. Nice location for hitting all the Maui “must do” excursions. Loved seeing turtles and whales from the deck (bring binoculars). Wish there was more of a beach, but we were too busy most days to even use the beach. Condo was stocked with everything we needed! Truly enjoyed our 10 days here!

Enjoyed our stay at Barbara’s condo! The views are amazing. We saw lots of turtles and crabs. The community is very friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy and convenient! The condo is the best equipped unit I have stayed in and I have stayed in many. Barbara was accessible and very accommodating.

My husband myself and another couple had an amazing stay in Maui ! We were obsessed with the banana bread gift and even found the bakery who made it! The small beach is perfect for a quick little stroll and the marina nearby was lovely. We really enjoyed every moment. The condo was clean and just as pictured. We enjoyed breakfast and champagne on the porch with the beautiful ocean view in sight. Would 100% recommend. Thanks Barbara !!

Beautiful views of bay and marina
The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were well-chosen and the views were superlative. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and the aquarium. The beach next to the property is just a scrap of sand. But a larger beach is very close. Boats leave from the marina and come back all day, giving you plenty to watch if you are having a lazy day. When we visited in September the wind was very strong and constant. We're glad we stayed here.

Great stay at an awesome centralized location.
We enjoyed the comfort and views this condo had to offer. It is located in the breezy area of the island which keeps the temperatures much lower than say Lahaina area. The living frontage/view are much wider compared to other units that put a bedroom up front. It was the perfect location for access to the wind surfing beach by the airport and local food/shopping that area has to offer,,, plus access to Lahaina, Kahie, Haleakala summit and even Rd to Hana off the back side for a fantastic but a bit of a challenging ride! We had an amazing time!!!! Thank you :)

Perfect Place!
This place was perfect for our 10-day stay in Maui. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a beach day or a day just relaxing at the property. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one tops the list! Barbara made everything easy and was very accommodating. We are going to miss the evenings on the lanai listening to the waves crash in against the rocks.

AMAZING VIEWS and condo too!!
We just returned from Maui and this property is top notch!! Traveled with 2 adults and 2 18 year olds. Plenty of room for all! Kitchen is very well equipped. It has everything you need and more. Even had coffee filters that I forgot to pick up on the Target run. Great central location to all the must sees and must do’s!! I spent mornings on the huge lanai watching the boats go out from the harbor. Evenings were on the lanai watching the sea turtles. There isn’t much of a beach on site but there is a nice beach within a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Not much beach parking and it is pretty busy on the weekends but mid week we had no problem parking at the beach. The condo had chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards to use. Don’t feel like cooking? We visited Beach Bums twice (just a 5 minute walk) and never had to wait for a table, awesome pulled pork! We tried to eat at Tantes, but always booked with reservations so we did take out! Since it was so close to the property, the food was still pipping hot when we got it home. If you are looking to stay where all the action is, this is not the place. But if you want to enjoy the quiet laid back feeling of Maui without be over run by tourist, do not hesitate and book this property immediately!!

Gorgeous views from a beautiful condo
My sister & I had the pleasure of staying in this absolutely beautiful condo that has so many extra touches. Kim & Barbara were fantastic to work with. I’ve rented a lot of places but this takes the cake with all of the extras Barbara added. We had everything we needed. The views are spectacular. We watched lots of turtles in the waves and swam at the beach. We also loved being walking distance to shops and restaurants. The only sad part was leaving. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Mahalo

Gorgeous Maui
The condo is beautiful and right on the ocean. I loved that the condo had A/C and a large lanai to sit out and relax on. We also saw lots of turtles. The location is very central which makes it easy to drive to all areas of the island. I was disappointed with the construction blocking the view and the loud noise, but realize that this is not always going to be an issue for future visitors. I just wish I had been notified ahead of time. The property manager did give a small discount after the fact, which was nice. Also, for future reference if you want to get ahold of the property manager text her directly, it was difficult to get her to respond within the VRBO app.

loha and thanks for the great review. Yes the sea wall, which was falling into the ocean, repair will be done at the end of this month (May) and we'll have the strongest wall on the block! We have been notifying incoming guests ahead of time offering a full refund to go elsewhere or accept the discount we were offering and sorry to say we inadvertently skipped over Matthew. When it was discovered we sent the discount right away. And yes, text is sometimes the best and fastest way to communicate! Aloha, Barbara

TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION - SEE REVIEW - Stunning views
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views were more stunning than the pictures show. We used the beach umbrella, boogie boards, and the grass mat that are on the lanai! And the host was EXTREMELY responsive. Went out of her way to make us comfortable. I do need to say: there is construction BOTH in the unit directly below AND on the seawall directly outside the unit. There was noise that woke us up more than once because of this; the view of the nearby shore was slightly occluded because of the sea wall construction; there was intermittent chemical smells from the unit construction below; and there was a fine dust (perhaps wood dust? Something else?) on the lanai that actually stained my pants when I sat on the outdoor furniture and stained my hands when I used the table. I am giving this a full 5-star review despite this because the construction will NOT go on forever (so by the time you see this, it might be done!) and because the host was incredibly generous and went above and beyond to make it right without my asking. You will NOT be sorry you stayed here! The views truly are unbeatable, and we saw turtles multiple times! It was awesome.

We loved staying here! The condo was beautiful, and you can’t beat the view. We could see whales everyday from our balcony. The beds were comfy, and sitting out on the lanai each day was magical. Barbara was helpful and responsive! The location is also very central, making it easy to get around the island without being in a crowded city. We all commented that we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo is located in at good place near alot of fun things to do and great restaurants. It was clean and it had everything you need to feel like you were at home. Even our neighbor who live there was very nice and helpful. I loved the fact that the manager went above and beyond to make our stay agreat one. She sent us things to do and the closest place to shop with detailed directions. Also we had a late flight and Barbara let us check out several hours later. This was a nice place to stay and I would definitely recommend this condo for your next vacation. Thanks again Barbara

Perfect location to explore Maui
This condo is perfectly located at the centre of west maui which provides access to lahaina market up north and road to hana as well haleakala sunrise. not to mention makena beach down south. you also get the nice view of bay and haleakala from the patio to relax if you want. Brabara was extremely helpful with early checkin and quick responses whenever we needed a clarification. a perfect host. we enjoyed our trip and hope to be back later in future.

Nice and convenient place to stay on the island. Easy access to North, West and South Maui. Plus the harbor has many tour/ activities available to choose from. Theres a nice little private beach right outside the lanai, and turtle are nearby if you snorkel.

Why did I come back to mainland?
Fantastic location! This condo has beautiful views and is perfect for just sitting back relaxing and soak it all in. From watching the whales, turtles and assortment of boats in and out of the harbor it’s peaceful and absolutely Gorgeous. Returned home just in time for self quarantine. Certainly wish I was still in Maui:-)

Beautiful stay and Beautiful View
We had never stayed in this area of Maui before and we really enjoyed it ! The view at the condo is seriously unmatched and utterly breathtaking. There are quite a few restaurants within a very short walk and the aquarium as well as a coffee shop that serves breakfast and really good coffee (opens at 6am). The condo had everything you need for equipment - tons of dishes, Tupperware, spices, pots pans etc. Very well equipped and super clean - really can't say anything bad about the place ! check-in was super easy. We didn't have a car but it didn't matter much because there is a bus that goes to Kihei or Lahaina if you want to go to the busier parts of town. If you did a good grocery shop though you really wouldn't need to leave the neighbourhood since there is a couple of convenience stores and restaurants within a 5 min walk. the view the view the view !! wow is all i can say.
