Big Room, Love that there’s no carpet but they need to sweep and mop floor was too dirty. The door needs extra security lock inside.

This was one of the worst experiences I ever encountered the service was horrible rooms weren’t what they looked like on line they should’ve informed customers they were restructuring the hotel before they booked their reservation

Looks like they’re under construction or something. Front desk staff was incredible. Breakfast was mediocre. Room was nice But had baby roaches in the bathroom and in the living area of the room

Room had no refrigerator or microwave but they were listed on the website as included. Checked in too late to resolve it that evening. Request partial credit.

Property was not a Quality Suite stand yet. It was still in renovation stage. Rooms did not have amendments like fridge and micro wave, tv not programed, missing light bulls, no phone or trash cans. No sighs up showing to even be a Quality Suite Hotel.

When my wife & I was going to our room we seen 3 grown roaches crawling on the way. The tv remote didnt work & we wasnt sleeping with the tv on. So we unplugged the tv from the way. Then the next day the hotel clerk didnt asked how was our stay? Overall the hotel is horrible & we will never booked at that hotel again

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I was t actually able to stay here. The hotel is under construction and is infested with bugs. I reached out to hotels.com multiple times for a refund and no one was ever able/willing to help. I will not be recommending hotels.com or that hotel ever.

This property is under construction dust dirt no carpet mice and roaches I am trying to be refunded for this matter as I write this upsetting stay. Deplorable bait and switch. The property was near a truck stop, and was undergoing renovations. Dust and exposed wiring. They did not answer the phone. The pictures on the website was NOT the hotel. Criminal!

The absolute worst hotel. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. This is a first and last. The sofa had vomit on it that they refused to clean and it was a lot of it. There were also roaches crawling all over the place. I have never seen a hotel like this. I only bokked it because it was an emergency and everywhere else was booked. NEVER AGAIN!

The reason Expedia could not contact the hotel for a refund on the mistake made for Aug. 4th for 2 nights is because major renovations were going on and there was NO phone service at all. I was told to have Expedia to cancel the reservation. I had a family crisis and could not get Comfort Suites to move me to another hotel. The floor was covered with plastic, taped down with plaster dust every where. There was no food or drink service available and they could not send me to another hotel. When I returned home July 23rd, I emailed Expedia about the lowest quality one could receive but I have not received a response from Expedia yet. There was excess machine noise on Friday night and Sunday morning starting at 3am there were people fighting for a couple of hours. It was well after 4am when the noise subsided. I have never stayed at a hotel who should have been closed for business during this all over renovations. The closet was unusable and the shower rod appeared to be taped up about to fall if handled. I am disabled and was treated with distain. I really want a refund for July 21 - 23. 2023. The only reason I stayed was because I had a family emergency.

There were roaches in the bathroom and no towels or toilet tissue. We had to ask for clean towels and washcloths each day. Breakfast was mediocre. We left after the second day and went to another motel.

The property was under renovation which was not stated during the booking process. The person working at the front had apparently left and two hotel guests were the ones helping people check in. I had pre-paid and they still were trying to collect payment for the room. They had no idea which rooms were available and they had to go and check out the rooms first to make sure they were empty. I got the key to the room twice and both times it did not open. As I was going to the room, there was a guest checking out due to having a roach infested room. I decided to check out since I felt unsafe having hotel guests checking me in and out and having access to my personal information. I was told I was getting a refund but nothing as of yet. Horrible, horrible experience!

The hotel looked like it was under construction...it was not noted on the website that it was. It was filthy, had roaches, smell of smoke burned your thought and the room was disgusting. We immediately left..did not stay. Tried to get a refund but said we couldn't. Total shame that it is expected that someone could stay there.

Save your money.
My expectations were not met here at my stay. I stayed in this hotel for the first time in June 2022. That’s when I noticed the hotel must be under renovation since there was plastic, dust and unpainted walls everywhere. Coming back here a year later, I would have thought the hotel’s image would have improved. The hotel room didn’t have towels or wash clothes in there. Housekeeping didn’t bring them to my room until 5 hours after me calling down asking for some. The pullout mattress inside the couch had awful looking stains on it. The pillows were so small. It was just overall horrible 2 nights. I won’t be coming back here.

The facility was being renovated during the stay! It smelled like dust, weed and cigarettes as soon as we walked in the lobby. There was a drug deal happening right in the hall across from our room! Unsafe hotel with minimal staff (just one staff member at the check in counter) and just a messy environment. The outside looked like the hotel wasn’t even open! I wish we had chosen a different hotel next door! The reviews on the hotel are not accurate!!!

Hello Ashley, We would like to apologize for your experience with the smell, we implement a strict no-smoking policy and make sure that guests who violate those are reprimanded. We would appreciate it if these issues were reported during your stay as we could have sent back our cleaners and done a more thorough refresh of the room.

It was horrible…was never informed of the hotel being under construction so I arrived to work equipment and holes and items not working nothing like the pictures or anything available. I came 24 hours before my trip to add a person on to my room and it didn’t take affect and made me lose a deposit for a room set up. This was a horrible experience at this location and staff was never at the front desk. The bed was rock hard , not firm rock hard and couldn’t even sleep on it I ended up having to stay somewhere else.

I had clothing stolen from me on 6/27/2023. When i opened the door to the room for the first time, i was met by roaches. I killed some for two days. A big furr ball was left in the room. I want payment for my clothes.

No Cancellation & We still Were zpaid
I had no experience with Comfort Inn at all and they were paid anyway. I did see a lot of children playing outside like it was an apartment complex. A family Emergency occurred, so I didn't say and asked for a cancellation & was told they couldn't do that. I contacted you and I was told you couldn't do that but both parties have gotten paid .
