Hi Mike, our breakfast is a standard Super Start breakfast, which does not include eggs or meat. However the lack of adequate stock of provided items is uncharacteristic of our property. Ramesh, I apologize for the inconvenience. We had another guest that was in that room before you and we were not able to contact him to have him check out due to it being booked already. We did give you a 20.00 credit back to your card. Thank you for your response.

Thank you for your response. We did see that there was issues in the room from your pets along with down the hall . It was brought to the attention of our staff by other guests along with an employee seeing it . Therefore the cleaning fee was charged to your account
