Bathrooms are VERY small. Should have the doors opening out instead of in. Upon arrival into room there were some crumbs left on the floor. Rooms are not very sound proof. Overall room was sufficient. Bed was comfortable.

They are very outdated and everything looked like it was from the 90s even the mattress felt old. Overall was decent stay just not luxurious for pricing

Had an ussue at the pool with some people steeling the room keys but went to the front desk explained what happened and they made me 2 new room keys over riding the other room keys.

Our room was nothing like the pictures. Old and out dated. It was clean and the pool, hot tub was nice. The continental breakfast was very small. It was ok but don't think it was worth what we paid .

WIFE AND I WERE TRAVELING. WAS HER BDAY SO I BOOKED THE EXEC. SUITE. PROBABLY WORSE THAN A SUPER 8 ETC. NO USB PORTS. ONLY TWO DIM LIGHTS. ONE ON RIGHT SIDE OF BED AND ONE IN A FAR CORNER. VERY DISAPPOINTING CONSIDERING I SPENT ANOTHER 30 BUCKS TO GET A BETTER ROOM. ALSO, VERY FEW OUTLETS TO PLUG IN THE TECH GEAR.

The staff were so nice to deal with and flexible. The pool was heated and had a fun slide. Rooms were dated but clean. Breakfast was simple but had quite a few options.

I would not recommend, the bed was uncomfortable and the room was hot- even though we had set the thermostat at 68 so not sure what was going on there. It was the smallest ‘Queen’ size I’ve ever been in. Shower was okay but nothing to rave about- it was clean! Breakfast was a general breakfast as many hotels have so that was okay.

I'm sorry your stay was not a pleasant one. With the "economy queen room" description for that room, we try to make it as clear as possible that it is a small room....therefore it is the least expensive room that we offer in our hotel. We will take a look at the PTAC unit in the room and make sure it is functioning properly. Often it takes a lower setting on the in room units to achieve a cooler temperature. We do hope you will give us another try sometime!

The ac/heating unit was right next and even with the top of the bed. No one could sleep there. The ac unit would blow in their face. Room needs to be redesigned. The staff was great.
