Thank you for your review and sorry to hear your experience with us was not a success. we are updating our establishment as we are able to without causing too much interruption and noise to our guest. We apologize that you were not informed that if you are a local resident, that your may have a bigger deposit than someone who is not, due to the local people destroying the rooms and not having enough money on there debit card to cover the cost. but no worries, you do get that deposit back in when you checkout ad there are no damages. Also if you bring extra people who are occupying the room that was not included in the rate at the time you reserved it, there will be an extra charge for them to stay in the room with you and this is regardless of which motel/hotel you stay at, this information needs to be given at the time of the reservation being created. In the beginning these rooms were set up with twins and double beds, and when we upgraded to queens and kings, it did change some of the space in them. But we look at your reasons for staying, which is sleeping right lol... So we hope that our guest are not too upset with us for that adjustment since we are looking to serve you with the best sleep since this is Travelodge sleep bear, so you can wake up feeling well rested in the morning to start your day.

We are addressing your concerns and were sorry to hear about your neighbors keeping you up. please at any motel/hotel if your neighbors are causing you to loose sleep, please don't hesitate to call the front desk. That is what we/they are there for. Nobody deserves to loose sleep when they are paying to do just that. Thanks again for the feedback.

We are sorry about this inconvenience. When the manager called you, he was not trying to be rude with you but he was trying to tell you that other customers staying next to your room were complaining about the dog barking too much and because of this, he had to call you to make sure to take your dog. We also have a pet policy that if you leave your room, you have to take your pet with you so you should have taken your dog with you if you didn’t want us to call you to take your dog.

We are sorry about this inconvenience. For the key problem, you had put the key next to your phone which demagnetized it. Because of this, the key didn’t work on your room door. We are sorry about the headboard issue you had. We had recently polished them and there was mistakenly hand prints on it. Thank you.
