The staff were all very courteous and helpful, from the receptionist, to the cleaner who showed us to our room, the head waitress in the breakfast restaurant and the Brew Bar staff. We will now make this hotel our preferred stay whenever we stay in London!

Enjoyable stay
A very good two night stay, enhanced by being given a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Spacious and comfortable, but the towel rail radiator in the bathroom was broken and we felt cold. Sub-zero temperature outside. All the staff we encountered were first class.

Stunk of cigarettes
Booked a suite. Bed and sheets smelt strongly of stale cigarette smoke. I arrive late and didn’t have the energy to get up and go through the hassle of moving rooms thinking it would pass and just the room. However realised throughout the night the pilllows duvet and headboard just oozed of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting as wonder when they were last cleaned?

Excellent stay - relaxing and enjoyable
The level of service from start to finish was exceptionally good. There were plenty of staff on duty and they were all polite, friendly and helpful. The food, both in the bar and the restaurant, was excellent and we all agreed that it was as good as we had experienced anywhere else. All round this was the best hotel we have stayed at - and that includes several 5 star London hotels. We definitely recommend this Hotel !

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at anywhere and I've been all over the world. From the front desk at check in and out, to the cleaning staff, to the lounge area staff and anyone that works there, superior in every way. Khalid, general manager, is the best bar none. His management style, interpersonal and communication skills are far above similar positions at other hotels. Talking with staff, they say he lets them do their work. Doesn't micromanage! A blessing. Aniita in the dining room is another asset to Delta. Similar comments to her as well. I'll be back next April. Can't wait. Khal

The pool is wonderful, I had a beer in the bar area and that was fun and super nice and after the Premier Inn at Waltham abbey this was the difference between night and day
