기대 이상이었음. 위치, 청결, 친절도, 조식 모두 perfect
downtown에서 회의가 있어 인근 숙소를 잡았었는데, 백악관과 인근 내셔널몰 등과의 거리도 멀지 않아 업무와 관광을 위한 최고의 위치였음. 모두 도보 이용권이었고, 조식도 아주 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 내에 고장난 컨센트가 몇 군데 있어 사용이 불가하였고, 한국에서 가져간 전기면도기가 멀티 아답터를 이용했음에도 충전이 되질 않아 면도하는데 불편을 겪었음.

백악관 뒷편으로 관광하는데 위치가 좋았고 공항까지도 17분 정도걸림 시설이 모던하고 객실이 깨끗했으며 특히 조식이 좋았음 4인1실 조식포함 25만원대라 비용은 좀 높았음

Great location! Very walkable to the attractions and dining options. Paid extra for the premium room that was supposed to come with freed beverages and snacks. They never refilled them in the 5 nights we stayed. Never restocked coffee cups in our room. Brought it to the attention of the front desk multiple times. Only thing we received were 250 hilton rewards points. Pool was shut down our last 2 days there.

Hotel was clean & free breakfast was great. While there the hotel had one elevator broken & the day we checked out the second elevator went down. Had to walk down 10 flights of stairs with luggage.

The lady behind the desk was “uninviting” at best. Not sure why she had the urge to watch every step we took, even when we walked out to the street, she was out watching what we were doing. Maybe because we didn’t elect to park our car with the hotel for a fee of $50 or $60 per night!!! And we decided to park across the street for $37 for the weekend, including taxes. We asked for towels and a shower cap, never got them, she was on duty. Next day we asked for a different room because the noise of the garbage dumpster outside our window were being emptied. The day attendant was very help full and understanding. Oh one more, out of the two elevators, one works, and in the morning we have to use the stairs…

We had a late night check in and the staff was very kind and even gave us water bottles after walking from the Metro station. Breakfast was standard Hampton breakfast with super kind staff greeting people. Our room was fantastic! Super roomy and windows on two sides. Then there is the location...perfectly located near everything you would want to see while in Washington DC.

Within walking distance of the White House. There are also a couple restaurants within walking distance. Staff was super-friendly! Reasonable price for what you get.

It was a great experience. The area is really close to the national park walking distance. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel every time I come to visit DC.

Great location but otherwise disappointing
Check in to far longer than necessary. Corners were not swept/clean throughout the common areas. Pool was cloudy and lukewarm. Room had several issues that were brought to management's attention but not resolved.

Hotel location was convenient if you are there to be a tourist and explore the area. There is no parking available, which was never stated before I booked hotel and we were charged 50 dollars a day to park at hotel. Over all staff was very friendly. Pool was super gross, merky and had a green tint to it. Also elevators were super sketchy.

Rooms are tiny. One elevator did not work for most of our stay. Tiny pool. Breakfast was typical. Valet could not drive a manual transmission. Hotel is convenient to the National mall and attractions in that area. Room we had was very quiet, clean and comfortable.

Super recomendamos!
Gostamos bastante da estadia, do quarto, do banheiro e do tamanho. Do atendimento, muito atenciosos e prestativos, principalmente os funcionários Aton e Amber, da recepção. Forneceram-nos água todo o tempo. Bom café da manhã e à nossa disposição havia também café e outros itens. Ambiente muito bom! Ótima localização!

From the moment I stepped into the Hampton Inn, I was greeted by the exceptionally kind and informative front desk agent Yoben. She let me know about the Hilton Honors program, the many amenities and conveniences about my stay, and I felt right at home. Everything was clean, warm (in the cold weather, super matters!), and made for a perfect night in the city. Also, when I realized there was no fridge in my hotel room, the staff was rad about storing my fancy restaurant leftovers in the kitchen fridge. Likewise, Anthony (the FD agent from the following day) was extremely considerate and accommodating letting me store my luggage and returning my food upon check out. I'll definitely be staying there again :)

We arrived at 3:00pm, assumed our room would be ready for check in. Our room was NOT ready. Luckily, we had other family we could sit in their room. Our room was not ready until 4:16pm. We had a 6:00pm dinner reservation. One of the elevators was not in service. That made getting up and down extra time. The breakfast was nice and the seating was nice as well. The hotel was nice. The beds are VERY comfortable. It was a nice stay for the price, but could have been alot better.

Not what I expect from a Hilton Hampton
Maybe it is because I was next to the lift and behind a busy office but not the best of stays. high noise levels as windows not sealed properly or that think. I have had more powerful showers from a dripping water leak. Everything for breakfast is wrapped in plastic - even a drinking cup, lost to be done for Eco-friendliness. Very basic overall but the staff were nice

This property lacked a lot in comparison to other Hampton’s. The bed was rock hard and squeaky. The bathroom walls were splattered and stained. Overall, as someone who stays at Hamptons often, I was not pleased with the room at this particular location. The front desk and valet were very nice and pleasant. The breakfast was horrible. The location was very convenient and easily walkable to most attractions.

Great property in the heart of DC. Hotel felt modern, great lobby area for breakfast, great selection. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Decor had a modern spin to it. Staff were attentive to detail and approachable for whatever you heeded. A great stay.
