이런 곳인줄 몰랐어요
호텔에 들어가면서 냄새가 나서 ...거기다 이불 시트는 담배불로 구멍이 나있고 문은 시도때도 없이 누군가 열려고 하고 ...다른 방문 닫는 소리가 온 호텔을 울려서 자던 잠도 깨우더라구요. 그래서 2박을 돈을 냈는데 그밤에 한국에 있는 남편한테 문자해서 담날 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 위치도 공장지대로 걸어가기는 택도 없고 반드시 택시를 타고 들어가야 하는 위치입니다. 저녁에 해지면 걸어가는 것 위험할 것 같습니다. 의사당하고 가까운 것 같지만 거리가 멉니다. 지하철이나 버스정류장과 가까운 곳을 택하시면 좋겠습니다 이곳은 서울의 가락시장 뒷골목 같은 곳에 , 고속도로옆에 있습니다.저녁엔 한적해서 ...

Sehr nah an einer Ausfallstraße und an den Bahnlinien, daher ist es im Zimmer sehr laut, auch nachts.

Typical Road Side Hotw
Not bad, but not great. Staff wouldn't look if we could check in early. Would only advise that check in was at three, it became apparent that half the hotel was empty so not sure why we couldn't. The did hold our bags for us but which was good.

Not walking distance to anything, dark dingy place
No sidewalks on busy road. Very noisy traffic and train traffic. Stank of cigarette smoke. Won't be back

Good location for the price.
Although a bit dated the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful. Continental breakfast available each day. Free parking. Mile walk to the metro and bus connections. Ok in nice weather otherwise $10.00 taxi trip.

Pillows terrible. TV didn't work. Shower inadequate. No outlet at desk. Staff not helpful or friendly.

The hotel is a budget one so no big expectations but Internet is not there, phones don't work breakfast is a disaster

The staff was cordial enough. The Continental Breakfast was okay at best. The room was fine with minor but ignorable wear and tear. Free HBO was nice though.

Everything OK except the location
The location of the hotel is close to a very busy road (New York Ave). It is very difficult to cross the road or to take the car out of the hotel. Also this area of Washington DC is bad. The attractions of DC are minutes away and a Metro station is near by.

Not the best option.
I stayed there with my family for just a night. Staff was really helpful and the breakfast is OK. Free parking is great, they have cameras, so didn't have any problems leaving my car there. The room is really old and it smell odd. We found a hair in one of the towels, disgusting. If is just for a night, I think you'll be fine, the hotel is cheap, it compensates.

Bad hotel!!!
There were cockroaches behind the bed. Dirty carpet and holes in them. Peeling seiling in the bathroom. Not enough room at breakfast we had to wait for chairs to sit in.

Not worth it for the amount of price we paid !
This facility is close to downtown area but not worth it for the amount we paid for room. Later on we found that there are many good hotels with good service are available with lower price compare to Howard Johnson Inn Washington DC. There was no enough TV channels for kids or adults and some channels are not even clear. Air condition we so loud which bothers us (kids) during our stay. They provide free wi-fi but speeds are very low. I prefer to pay little extra with peace.

Get what you pay for
Hotel rattled every time a train went by. Room smelt of smoke dispite being a non-smoking room. There were burn marks on the toilet seat and bedspread. TV was old.

Our room and beds were both large and comfortable. The air conditioner worked, the refrigerator worked, and the alarm worked, enabling my vacation to be enjoyable and pleasant.

Not good looking but close to downtown
The hotel is not a good looking, but it's very convenient if you want to be close to downtown. It was good for us as we only stayed for 1 night and didn't spent time at the hotel. It depends on your budget and preferences.

DODGED A DISASTER
My family (husband & two children) and I were traveling to Washington from Michigan. I called the hotel, as a courtesy, about 9:00pm to inform them that we were still on the road and that we weren't going to check-in until after midnight. The Desk Clerk informed me that they had given our room away (double beds)and that they only had one room left (king bed). When I booked the room I was told that my room would be guaranteed until midnight. Thank God I called when I did!! Sleeping with my kids wasn't pleasant, with all the kicking, twisting and turning that they do. But, at least we didn't have to sleep in the car!! After checking in, I tried calling the front desk for a wake up call, but, our phone didn't work. Also, our toilet leaked.

Hotellet var beskidt, der var larm natten lang fra andre gæster der skændtes og fra trafikken lige udenfor samt toget der buldrede forbi på den anden side af hotellet. Morgenmaden var den dårligste og der var kun stole og borde til 9 mennesker til morgenmad men der var 12-14 stk løbende

Fick ett rökluktande rum första natten trots att vi bokat "non smoking", dörrlåset och annat i rummet trasigt eller inte fungerande, men kunde byta nästa dag utan problem till ett bättre. Hade varsin stor dubbelsäng (vi var bara 2 personer). Ligger vid väg med kraftig trafik och viss störning från tunnelbanetrafik, fanns gångväg till tunnelbanestation men med trafiken nära inpå. De var nog ovanligt att någon valde att gå istället för att köra/åka bil därifrån. Frukosten enkel och avslutades redan kl 9.00. Ändå prisvärt och relativt nära centrum.

お手頃価格ということを兼ね合わせると　良いホテルといえます。 ベッドの下に　どなたのだかわからない下着が落ちていた。 掃除が行き届いていなかったのは　確かだが　ほかの部分はほどほどきれいだった。

Worst hotel ever.
Broken furniture, filthy carpet, broken bathroom door, multiple cigarette burns on the blankets, old TV with remote. Stayed 4 days and my bed sheets were never changed once.
