방음 안됌. 서비스 구림. 침대 좋음.
방음 정말 안 되고 시끄럽습니다. 문에 천천히 닫히는 기능이 없어서 쾅쾅 닫히고 주변방들 문 여닫는 소리 정말 크게 들립니다. 시설이 오래되어 에어컨 소리도 정말 커서 저는 예민한 편이 아닌데도 자다가 에어컨 켜지는 소리에 깰 정도에요. 슬리퍼도 없고 치약.칫솔도 비치되어있지 않네요. 슬리퍼는 로비에 전화하니 가져다주었고(하우스키퍼가 깜빡하고 채워놓지 않은 것 같았습니다) 치약.칫솔은 로비에서 직접 받아가셔야합니다. 칫솔은 일회용인데 품질이 꽤 좋았네요. 아 그리고 체크아웃이 12시인데 오전 9시반부터 하우스키퍼가 계속 와서 문 두드립니다. 저는 체크아웃 전까지 3번이나 와서 깨우더군요.. 좋은 점은 객실이 넓고 침대가 정말 편안합니다. 전반적으로 돈 아까운 경험이었네요..

Lots of small restaurants within walking distance. However, maintenance of the property itself was neglectful. Lots of small things went wrong in our room that should ave been checked by staff prior to our arrival.

Nice hotel with very comfort rooms, the location is good and you can walk to restaurants and stores within the area. I could stay here the next time I visit D.C.

When I arrived there was a dime in the bathroom floor. It was there for my 5 night stay at the hotel. No sweeping, or cleaning. Making the bed and putting towels was all the cleaning done. Location is what I liked most about the hotel.

Great location. Nice lobby and bar area. Clean. Spacious room. Except for two of the doormen (both wore hats), the most unfriendly staff I’ve ever met. Waiter was so rude…wouldn’t even look at us, bellman was downright hostile. Front desk staff were not unfriendly, just seemed burned out. The feeling I get here are there alot of unhappy people working here. I’ve never encountered this before in my travels but it made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It used to be one of my favorite DC hotels

The young girl with blue glasses who checked us in put hostility into hospitality. She should not be in a customer service role because she clearly hates her job. The hotel heat is overwhelming and too uncomfortable to sit in the lobby. That could explain her grouchyness. The hotel is dated, most wall outlets didn’t work in our room, we had 2 towels for 3 people and we were in a suite. I can’t imagine how bad the other rooms are.

Poor customer service and was booked in a room that had a defective heater and took long for staff to attend to the problem. The room was cold . I was so inconvenienced by changing rooms twice in my 3 nights vacation.

Lovely hotel. Bed was super comfortable. Easy to access from Metro. Restaurant was elegant and the meal was delicious. Only stayed for one night but really enjoyed the accommodations.

Despite the nits, a good place to stay
Comfortable and clean room; however, the toilet tank did not refill on its own (had to poke the float inside the tank each time - I reported this right away); no water glasses were provided (even after requesting); and coffee mugs were not cleaned or replaced when room was serviced. At first I though the coffee maker was broken, but it turned out it was unplugged (behind an immobile closet/coffee station structure). But I was able to fish out the cord and move the coffee unit to the living room. Also, trash can also was not emptied. I cannot understand why I was charged an extra $50 per night as a "resort fee" (perhaps they'll save up these charges and hire some maintenance experts). Elevator call button to go "down" was unresponsive (but could call using the "up" and then select lobby. All these were minor inconveniences, but also not expected in a property of this quality. Fortunately, restaurant was excellent.

The phone in my room wasn't functioning so I couldn't order room service. I told the desk and they seemed unfazed. I had to go down to the bar to order and then carry my cup of soup and drink to my room. Also, no binder in the room with things offered at the hotel. I've stayed here before but this time was a bit disappointing.
