We stayed here for 6 nights in April and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance to Dupont Circle metro. There are lots of dining options within walking distance. They offered us bottles of water each night. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay. This hotel is very well done. The staff is super helpful and friendly and I loved the smell in the lobby area. The only dislikes were that we were "accidentally" overcharged on the second day we were there. We had prepaid and also covered the security deposit so there was no reason for my card to be charged the day after checkin. We inquired at the front desk and was told it would be refunded. We checked out on Tuesday and it's still on hold today (Saturday). It just makes me wonder if it was accidental because it was caught or if they charged the wrong room. The other dislike is the shower. It's nice that you offer complimentary toiletries, however I prefer my own and there is zero storage in the bathroom for such items including a razor. We looooved the room, the towels, and the heated floor in the bathroom though.

Overall pretty good. Staff was excellent and location good. Our room sink was missing a drain cap, the toilet dripped and the shower had a good bit of mold. Also, not very sound proof from street noises even on 7th floor. Overall good.

The biggest pro about this property is the Location. DuPont circle is known to be a very nice, convenient and safe area. There’s nearby metro station where you can get to anywhere . Lots of dining options around in this area. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The biggest con about it is the shower: extremely weak water pressure and the bottom of the shower isn’t properly clean. You can see brown spots and slimes on the tiles. The toilet seat is also pretty outdated/old that it already has yellow stain on the seat cover. We didn’t feel clean taking a shower due to the weak water pressure. Also, the bathroom design is kinda odd that it is not entirely separate from the main room. The bathroom door is not closed completely so you can hear and smell everything. There’s also no vent in the bathroom so if you want to air out the room you’ll have to open the window. Overall this place is a solid 4, other amenities are decent and the bed is comfortable.I just can’t see why it would get a 5 on google .

We loved everything about our stay at The Dupont Circle. The proximity to everything was the best part. The staff were wonderful, the room was clean and stacked. Even brunch at their Pembroke restaurant was great! In my experience, hotel restaurants have been very average...Pembroke blew out all my expectations. Overall we loved everything.

The location was perfect! You can either walk or take metro to national mall/museums. Few blocks further and a lot of dining options. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable working at the hotel as well. Will definitely be back here

Everything was great but there was problems getting the TV to work when people were in the room next door. As soon as they left we were able to connect but other than that it was perfect. Great room great view will be back for the executive suite next

We had a fine stay at the DCH, Our lock was broken from the inside, so it worked but needed to be fixed. So I asked the front desk if they could fix it after we let them know we were off for dinner. Their handyman crewe showed up as I was getting out of the shower. Less than ideal. On standard room, bathroom is super small and the shower is situated so if you aren't careful, you'll create a lake in the bathroom. Now the good, bed/pillows super comfortable. Great location. Room service was solid. And their people, front desk, concierge, doorman, were all outstanding.
