워싱턴 관광 및 체류를 위한 훌륭한 아파트!
숙박의 위치와 편안함, 시설 등은 최고입니다. 다만 조금 아쉽다면 투숙객을 위한 주차에 대한 benefit이 없어서 주차비가 따로 꽤 많이 들어갑니다. 전반적으로 가격대비 좋은 아파트이지만 결코 저렴하지는 않습니다.

Loved it!
We had and excellent experience here! We loved the apartment, and the communication and support from the Weichert Office was superb. The location was perfect for our needs. Tap House near by was delicious. It was my husband, kids, and my mom, so having us all together made things so much easier and fun. A grocery store isn’t next door so plan accordingly. What Hotels.com said it would cost was different than what we were actually charged so we are working on that. Besides that, we were very happy with it.

Appartement spacieux. 2 belles chambres, 2 sdb, 1 grand salon salle à manger cuisine. Bien placé près du Mall et des moyens de transport. Quartier plutôt chic. Très bon accueil. Aucun problème.

Nice apartment & good location - needs parking
The place was great, but there were NO instructions for connecting to Wi-Fi or parking. I understood there was parking available but no assistance by Hotels.com or by Weichert on where it was and how much it would cost. I was lucky that Waze navigator got me to the parking lot for the building and I parked in Visitor / guest parking which for 3 Days cost $72.00. The key envelope stated I needed a placard, but I didn’t receive that and stated without it—my car could be towed which freaked me out. Nevertheless—I got lucky parking in guest/visitor parking. The location is EXCELLENT but the window shade in the master bedroom should be a blackout shade due to the construction site net to the building - the crane was lit up a night shining a bright light into the bedroom. Also, the apartment had dish soap but no sponge to wash dishes and only one towel. We loved the Penthouse floor and the rooftop park. It was a good place but it could have been really great with a little more attention to details.

Comfortable and pleasant stay
Nice upscale apartments. Pleasant and comfortable stay, very close to the restaurants and the convention center. The bed size could have been bigger.

Overall good stay
Great location, comfortable, safe. Good stay overall. Didn’t spend much time inside the apartment during the trip but light switches don’t work, broken drawers in kitchen, and very few lights in the rooms.

Loud construction across the street!
Great location, clean, has friendly concierge, BUT a new building is being constructed next door- they are LOUD and start early in the morning. The window shades were see through and I had to replace batteries for the remote. I called the number listed but didn't receive a return call. Won't be stayinng here again.
