Hi Lucy, we're sorry to hear that your stay was affected by watershedding implemented by the municipality. We did in fact notify all guests upfront at the time of booking that the town is experiencing water restrictions; please refer to our communication to you on the day you booked. Our team further notified all guests in house of this situation, and offered bottled water for drinking and buckets to help flush toilets in the interim. We appreciate that this was not ideal, and we are doing everything we can to come up with alternate solutions should this occur again in the future.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. We do not provide a bar of soap in our rooms due to hygienic reasons, and have opted to provide guests with a liquid body wash that is available in our rooms instead.

We do not tolerate any racism at our establishment and are sorry that you feel that our response to your refusal to pay for the damages you have caused to our property was racist. We treat all our guests fairly and will take appropriate action when guests damage our facilities.

We are also working on getting Wi-Fi for our bedrooms, but at this stage we only offer this service in our public areas which is advertised as such.
