I am sorry your stay was not a positive one, the room you were initially assigned was to be put out of order and unfortunately that did not happen. Since your visit we have replaced the card reader and no longer have the magnetic issues we were experiencing. I hope you will concider us for a future stay, as we continue to renovate anbd improve our hotel.

Thank you for your review. I want to assure you that since your review I have shown it to our housekeeping staff and also reviewed how rooms are to be done. As for the hot breakfast, unfortunately we have to offer the grab and go option as this facility does not have a kitchen with a 3 bowl sink. We do however have the mirrowave borrito's as a hot option.I do hope you will concider us in the future.
