The place is beautiful. Clean, quiet but the water pressure is awful. Literally trickles, not an exaggeration. I have long hair and to get the shampoo out took forever. Probably wont be back because of that its to bad because everything else was great!

Unique hotel being round. Looks like it was freshly remodled and painted. Very cute. The free breakfast was a nice spread. Staff very friendly.

I appreciated that it was pet-friendly, and that it was clean and newly updated. The suite area was ample and clean, and the saunas in every room were a fun surprise.

Bed was great. Cocktails/bar located off lobby. Was less than impressed with the breakfast however. Over cooked/warmed tater tots and eggs from a box. Dried out mini donuts. Did not have yogurt or anything else in the cooler. Green bananas. Just wasn’t good. Facilities were fine otherwise.

This place does not have a pool and on the website it did say they had one but everything was excellent. In hotel dining was amazing.

Great!
I normally stay at a Hilton/Hampton or Marriott. I was pleasantly surprised at what they offered. There was a stationary bike in my room, fantastic hot breakfast with a nice variety and decent fitness room.

Very nice hotel, it is extremely clean and well kept! I was a little disappointed there is no pool or hot tub (I must have gotten the 2 Best Westerns in town mixed up). The gentleman at reception was understanding and willing to void our reservation if we wanted to go to the other location even! We stayed with the no pool site and have been very pleased. Highly recommend if pool is not a concern for you.

They only have on elevator. During our three days stay, elevator was out of service for two days. We had to carry luggage up the stairs to fourth floor, and carry them down when we had to leave.

I love what they did with the property! Excellent upgrades. Our room was super clean and had lots of space. The lighting in the bathroom was nice for makeup and they had a little towel just for cosmetic use. The breakfast was fantastic and there was a staff there ensuring everything in the breakfast area was stocked. Overall, I’m so glad I stayed here and plan to return next time I’m in Wausau!

Loved this unique building! Room conditions were nice but it was a bit noisy between rooms. Towels were super rough. Bed, pillows, etc were all good though!

I chose this hotel from an abundance of great reviews as my wife & I were going to be traveling through the Wausau area. 1 nights stay was needed and I wanted to be sure to find a top quality bed and clean Hotel in all. This was everything I wanted and more. My wife is very picky with where she’ll lay her head down. This was immediately a happy first sight upon entry. Clean, new and well decorated. Bed & pillows were very comfortable and we received a very good quality nights sleep. We’ll definitely stay here in the future if we’re looking for a hotel in the area. Breakfast was sometime we didn’t partake in as we wanted a sit down restaurant instead. Price was better than anywhere else for the quality stay in the area as well.

Looks like it was newly remodeled, would stay there again. Only downside was the street construction which looked like it should be finished by late fall.

Strange hotel, great upgrade!
I received a great upgrade to a room with a sauna. Its a weird hotel and lots of construction everywhere. I'd likely stay there again.
