Convenient location. Back access door does not lock making us uneasy about having our rooms just inside the building. Bathroom light worked only spotty, heating/cooling unit functions poorly. Breakfast fair: waffle mix so runny that waffles did not get cooked through. Floor not vacuumed in 1 of our 2 rooms. We needed a place to stay prior to a funeral so it served its purpose but the place needs an update!

The pool was shut down.(we were never told this). No discount for this. It was shut down last year at this time too. Went to lobby for breakfast it was empty. Try to find someone at the front desk is a joke.

I’ve stayed here previously and never had an issue, however this stay was not good. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were dirty or falling off the wall. The toilet paper roll was on the floor as the holder no longer will stay in the fixture. This was definitely a “get what you pay for” visit, and I won’t make the same mistake again.

This was our second year staying here as our daughter competes at Badger state games, last year the hot tub was broken and this year we check in to find out the pool is under maintenance will NOT be coming back

While the accommodations were fine, I just had some security concerns as a solo female traveler. Nearest exit door was not locked from outside. Interior door to room had a flimsy chain lock

Very nice, clean hotel to stay while we did business in Wausau area. Would have liked pool to be up, but they need maintenance too! Nice breakfast was included…

Well after a long day of travel was hoping to use the hot tub that was advertised. Sadly pool and hot tub both have been closed for some time based on the condition i could see

I was over charged by this hotel after I had checked out. Not sure why they did that. Not happy that the pool had not been cleaned or hot tub was able to use.

A good value. Comfortable and clean rooms. A few minor repairs needed but not enough to call maintenance for in the evening. Stayed there so we could catch an early flight and the shuttle was warm and ready for us at 5am.

There was an odd dose throughout the building like animal urine or feces. There was no cold water on sink faucet. The pool was temporarily closed. The cleaning people had their kid cleaning rooms, girl musta been 10 yrs old maybe

Do not stay
The room was dirty with dirty towels in the tub made to look nice. Shower curtain was covered in grease. Pool was not working and the pipes were broken but it was full of water. Guest service people were rude and not accommodating.

very unprofessional
well my first day I got yelled at by some Indian guy basically saying I was going to get kicked out or they’d call the cops all because my brother came to visit me…. very very unprofessional. he could’ve at the very least said something like “hey if you’re going to have any guests you could come add people at the front desk…etc.” but to straight up come to me and only give me the options to get kicked out or have the cops called on me was and is completely uncalled for. very unprofessional. came to wisconsin to see my dad and brother and this hotel ruined my entire trip and it was for my birthday to end it all.

Great location, average condition
The staff was warm and wonderful. The room was a bit shabby, the bed soft, and the AC not great. Perfect location for the airport.
