Very clean and comfortable place to rest
I read several reviews that said hotel needs to be updated. It is outdated but very clean (cleaner then some upscale places I have stayed) and very comfortable beds! The walls are very thin so I used a fan to block out noise. Overall it provided me with a good nights rest, a nice warm shower, and a snack for breakfast :)

Don't stay there not clean
From check in to check out was bad took me 3 hours to check in as reservation didn't come through from expedia . Spiders in my room dirty and didn't even sleep under covers . Shower and bathroom yuck I didn't even bring in all my things and cloroxed what I touched . Can't believe the the price never stay there ever .

Dear Valued Guest, We are very sorry to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with your stay. Unfortunately, when you book through a different website we are limited as to what we can do with the reservation,and have no control over when those show up in our system, so I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, but that was not the fault of our staff. Also, had you mentioned something or let the front desk know you weren't happy with your room, we would have gladly moved you to another room, or figured out how to resolve the issue, but nothing was ever said to the staff. Thank you for your feedback.

Room was fine, carpet needs replaced. Cost is too much, should have been about $70 instead of $104 but this is the only hotel around. Most breakfast food was gone by 8am and nobody around to address it. In the morning my room key wouldn't work so I needed a new key but there was a note at the front desk that they'd be gone for a while. After 20 minutes of sitting around in the lobby I was able to get back in my room and be on my way.

Only hotel in Wautoma. Not dirty but needs a major facelift in room. Remote control was missing from first room so I had to move to another room. I needed an iron and board--none in room. Woman at desk tried to be helpful. No complaints there.

Not a high end luxury but comfy and welcoming
My mother lives in Wild Rose, just 15 minutes north. I have tried all of the motels in Wild Rose and Wautoma. So far this is the best choice. It has comfortable beds. Nearby are restaurants, gas stations, and a shopko. It is not super luxury, but very comfy. Breakfast is ok, but then there is a restaurant very close. Lots of lakes in the area.

Basic hotel that has everything you need, breakfast is pretty good, small pool and hot tub is nice.

Hotel was nice. The front desk could be cleaned up and made more presentable. The breakfast was not as good as other super 8's I have been at.

Hi, Everything was good. Now the room had a refrigerator , where before when I was there it didn't. Did not use the pool so I can not rate that.

The location is right in the middle of everywhere I need to travel to. With the hotel being updated I presume each stay will get better & better..

Good place to stay
We liked the hotel, was very nice and the staff was friendly. The sauna and hot tub were not in good working order when we were there, so we were a little disappointed.

Nice and quiet
Nice place. Only complaint was the hot tub was oos and I booked this hotel for the hot tub. Staff was warm and very friendly.

OK for short stay
We just needed a one night stay in the Waitoma area and there aren't many choices. The price was right. Check in was fast and the clerk very friendly. There were very few other guests. The room war very ruin down and the entire hotel needs renovation. Beds were soft and pillows too soft. Pool was out of commission. Breakfast was fine. Would not want to have a long stay there, but for our needs it was fine, safe and the price was right.

the hot tub was broken so it could not be used the pool was cold and the sauna was broken so could not be used asked about sauna and the lady said it has been broken for quite a while and the hot tub would not be fixed for a while at least not until after the weekend

Pool water did not look clean. Hot tub wasn't in service; somebody was expected next day to fix it. Few choices for breakfast: dry cereal, milk, cinnamon rolls individually wrapped in plastic, bagels but no cream cheese. No frig in room. Mattresses very old and caused back pain.

Great price
Super 8 was not my original choice as we were going to Berlin WI Tannery to do a ghost investigation and wanted to be closer to that area but everything was booked. However the Super 8 was extremely clean (no mold/mildew in bathroom). The staff I came in contact with were very nice. The breakfast was good with a number of food options. My only issue was that there were no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. That area has fishing snow mobiling where tourists who stay longer than one day would want a refrigerator to put left overs in and maybe bottled water

It's sad how one bad egg and spoil the whole bunch
We check in at at about pm. Staff was very friendly. Got to our room, very 80's but clean and did exactly what we needed....let us sleep like babies. In the morning we went to eat the complimentary breakfast. On our way the front desk staff was sitting off to the side on her cell phone:texting. There are lots of choices, if the staff kept it up. I heard people saying,"It's labor day weekend, you don't get the same great staff you would if you were here any other weekend. We decided, after not having milk to put on out cereal, no bagels and the the one waffle maker in use, to check out and go out for breakfast. I saw the front desk staff....still sitting and texting. I asked her if someone was manning the breakfast and she said yes, I told her there were many things that were out. She asked what was out and I told her the milk and bagels for one but I didn't make a list. As she came out of with a bucket of bagels and bread she said she didn't hear me. I said I didn't make a check list and that if she would get off her phone and go look, she would quickly find out.. We grabbed our bags and checked out and she didn't ask how our stay was, told me I would have to get my receipt on line (I didn't even ask) and we left. She otherwise wouldn't spek to me.

Checkin staff was rude. There was a hair in the tub and the room was way outdated. The room smelled of smoke even though it was non-smoking.

Not very accommodating and bugs in room
This is my first time complaining regarding a hotel stay. We killed two beetles apprx 1" long in room and bath area. Bed had 2 small pillows, when politely asked for a 3rd pillow was told 2 is customary and that there was a shortage of pillows. The shower head attachment to the shower wall was hanging loose. And if they want to fly the American Flag, they should replace frayed flags on front of exterior. No I would not stay at this hotel again, and I have never said that before. If I ran my business in this manner I would probably loose business.

On my way thru
The receptionist could have been a little more excepting guest. I was there 45 minutes early than the 2:00 pm check in time. Which to me she could have let me in and been more inviting. So I had to wait. I mean , wow, I don't think the room service was like cleaning up. The water pressure for the shower was really Low and there was No ice because the ice machine was broken
