These bookings done through a third party are absolutely non refundable, and this should be made clear by the Booking agent, or if you book online it also should be in the terms. I do apologize for any inconvenience but unfortunately due to the high volume of request to cancel the non refundable reservations, to make it fair to all we just do not make exceptions.

When we went to research this Reservation and see what happened, this Reservation was cancelled because the card declined? So I am not sure how she could have known anything about our sheets, or how she thinks we took her money when clearly we had to cancel the reservation because the card declined?
