I'd give it a 9, based on needing a comfortable overnight stay, close to highway and access to fast food. Staff. Very friendly front desk staff. Good breakfast. Well maintained, clean and comfortable. Will stay here again for sure.
Only comment is we have an emotional support pet. Seemingly not covered by La Quinta's Service animal policy. We paid $10 for our pet to stay. The $10 was not an issue as it's very reasonable. I just think that the effort of explaining the Policy and leaving a customer with a reduced customer experience, negates the otherwise excellent service. Also, why the long winded legal pet waiver document, in regular small print? Not very Accessible for some I'd say. La Quinta - Please keep it Simple, smile and absorb the $10. A service pet is a Service pet.
The area adjacent to the hotel is very Commercial FedEx, car dealers. Not an issue if you have a car to access off site amenities.
