리셉션이 없고 에어비엔비처럼 정해진 절차에 따라 입실과 퇴실을 합니다. 같은 층이지만 엘리베이터에서 멀리 떨어진 경우, 좁은 복도를 따라 길게 이동하며 층내에서 한두칸의 계단을 오르고 내려 짐을 옮기게 됩니다. 시설은 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 걸어서 갈 곳에 여러 시설과 핫플레이스가 많습니다만, 한편 밤에 창을 열어놓는 경우 소음이 들려옵니다. 가족 여행에 편리합니다.

Property was very dusty. Dirty vents and the high beams were coated in dust and cobwebs, didn't look like they'd been cleaned for at least a year. Husband and son spent an uncomfortable stay full of sneezing, red itchy eyes and taking a ton of zertec. We rate it a 2.5 star experience. Would not recommend.

Check in was a disaster. Poorly staffed and managed. No check in desk and my room was not ready when I arrived and we were stuck on the street full of aggressive people for an hour and a half. Used the phone number at the door and was told they are understaffed. Apartment was in poor condition. Door handle on bathroom fell off. Phoned and informed management and they said they would send somebody to repair it and nobody came. Toilet brush snapped off. Furniture was old and kitchen lino was sticky and needs replacement. Split level with stairs not suitable for people with mobility issues. Not worth 200 a night. Room needs a lot of work. Definitely not the highlight of my trip.

The property is in a great location on Courtenay Place, lots of dining options around and buses at the front door. The key instructions worked perfectly. The lift was a bit old and seemed dodgy but worked. The apartment was very large and overlooked a quiet back street. Full kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, and lots of space. Would recommend.

Very convenient location. Buses nearby. Also food options. Well set up for cooking and laundry. Crockery lacking. A bit cramped bedrooms with insufficient room for luggage. Wasted balcony area with no seats or table. The internal steps to the bathroom could be a hazzard in an unfamiliar place.

We liked the apartment layout, and the location. It was easy to walk to most of the places we wanted to see, or it was just a short uber ride. We found a few things were lacking... a second bedside table in the main bedroom would be handy. A dustpan or vacuum would be good to keep the place tidy inbetween when the cleaners come. Specially when staying with children. And instructions for the washing machine would be great as we couldn't figure it out.

Located in the city centre in the poplar area of Courtenay place. Well cantered to museums, attractions, buses, trains and ferries. Parking is behind the property in a public car park. Our property on the first floor was a two bedroom apartment with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Very minimal sound was heard from the Main Street.

Great location handy to heaps, step straight into it, spacious apartment,The only thing that annoyed us was finding a small blood stain on carpet near kitchen and some on a wall and the lounge chair being light in colour but was very dirty , other than that enjoyed our 3 nights stay.

Wonderful stay at Courtenay Village! The amenities were perfect for traveling with a family - top location right in the heart of the Te Papa area, but the apartment was set back from the road so it was wonderfully quiet for such a busy part of town. Appreciated the kitchen, washer/dryer, blackout blinds and TV. Great communication and friendliness from the folks on the phone too.

Good location. Quiet. Good sized rooms. Thought we were going into a hostel- hallways very drab, need a paint. Dirty couches and ceilings, especially above shower need a good clean/ paint. A mirror in the 3rd bedroom is a must (apartment 10).

Restaurants and pubs are right on your door step The apartment is quite dated and can be noisy early hours in the morning due to people coming back from the clubs. Overall good place to stay for the weekend.

Good location although not so good if you have a car. Parking outside is free overnight if you can find a space but limited to 2 hrs 8am to 6pm. Hard to find property as entrance above shops/ restaurants in a busy road. On the plus side, very easy to get something to eat. Apartment was spacious, a little tired, but perfect for a couple of nights. Everything you need but without a view. Can walk into the city or bus stops outside.

Good for the family stay. Price was reasonable with lots of amenities. But we did not have enough water for shower and 2 of our family had to have cold shower which was very uncomfortable due to winter

No parking! So add at least 30$ each night. Great location. Quite tired decor though. No reception so when our key didn't work, we had to wait foe someone to come which took 30 minutes. Had mich better hotels for similar price.

Clean and heaters were on, so nice and cozy. Skylight in bedroom not working was broken last time we were there, still not fixed.
