Very dated, worn carpet, drapes, shower curtain. Safety latch on door had 1 screw very loose. Breakfast sub-par. Eggs looked/tasted like had been re-heated for several days. Staff pleasant but certainly didn’t go out of their way to be friendly or accommodating.

Wenatchee has 2 Best Westerns within a half mile of each other, both easy to get to from the freeway, close to local restaurants. The Breakfast provided by the hotel was top of the line, No complaints from either my travel companion or my self.

Very dated property that I would not stay at again. No elevator, only one key worked in door, curtain on sliding glass door was ripped, door frame was poorly repaired, bathroom ceiling fan sounded like a freight train whistle, and the eggs at breakfast looked so bad I didn't risk it.

Place feels a little dated. BUT! (A big but) We stayed here after boarding at Mission Ridge abs the Hot tun worked and was open!! THE FOOD OFFERED FOR BREAKFAST! Better than more expensive places we've stayed at. It was clean, staff friendly. If easily chose to stay there again due to all that at a bargain price!

Great stay!
We were amazed on how nice the hotel was for the location. Very friendly people at the front desk. Nice breakfast for the kiddo. Only complaint I really have is that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

The breakfast was really delicious and had great options. The walls in the rooms were thin and we could hear the people next door and the outlets were loose and the cords to things had shorts in them.

Great breakfast and service. Wall unit being a foot away from the bed made kids have to sleep facing the foot of the bed, or have it blow literally in their face. Rooms had decent updates and were clean, but sliding patio door lock didn't seem to secure very well, not great for a ground floor room.

The back sliding door is not locked, the heart was dripping the water all over the floor didn’t know until we turned off the heater the next morning. Trying to let the front desk knows about the water dripping he or she turned around asking us why’re we don’t let them know sooner….

Small but decent rooms. Great breakfast options! Pool is outdoor so couldn’t use it and hot tub wasn’t working. Overall not a bad stay, not fancy but works.

Beware the jacuzzi....
We booked the only room with a jacuzzi and paid extra for it. They actually advertise this room as an upgraded choice because of the jacuzzi tub. We don't usually use them but this was a special trip for a weekend get-a-way to Leavenworth area. We filled up the tub and turned it on. Surprisingly, it worked... but instantly the horrific smell of sewer gases and mold filled the entire room. They had not cleaned the jets in some time. This was a thought of ours before using it, but we decided to trust the cleanliness due to the fact that it was advertised.... The front office was notified, but you know how things get forgotten and lost in the rest of a busy hotel.

I was really surprised with this property. I usually stay at Hilton or Marriott, but the price point and the previous reviews led me to renting this hotel. I’m glad I did. Everybody was very nice and the rooms were clean and serviceable. It’s by no means fancy but It’s fine as long as you’re not a snob. The breakfast was good, especially for the price which is free. The area is fine and there are multiple food options nearby. If you’re looking for a hotel to save money, especially if you’re visiting Leavenworth, this is your choice.

Motel is clean and comfortable staff was a little unreliable though had only two pillows on my bed and then got called a liar when I asked for them but did receive them other than that clean Motel

A nice property, but dated. Really need to upgrade tubs and toilets. Anyone with mobility issues would have a terrible time getting off and on those toilets. Furnishings could be updated as well. But good value for the money. Excellent breakfast.
