Clean property but older building. Our room did not have the basic bathroom necessities when we checked in luckily we brought our own. If you wait too late in the evening to ask for extra blankets or pillows the housekeeping staff will have already left for home so you are at the mercy of whatever the front desk has available. The breakfast is standard eggs bacon biscuits gravy bagels cereal and yogurt. Good deal since it’s free with your stay.

Room was clean but climate control unit was noisy. Overall the property is very dated but the price was reasonable and location convenient.

Didn’t like that the night staff didn’t care enough about our stay to fix the heater in a room that didn’t go below 85 degrees. We had to wait until shift change at midnight for the next person to move us into another room! Then the manager didn’t even bother to acknowledge the terrible night we had. However the rest of the staff was very polite.

Eastern Washington Red Lion hotels are overall better than the Western Washington Red Lion hotels. Why the difference across the Cascades I don’t know. Overall the Wenatchee Red Lion is good. I have been there last year, and would go again.

Bugs and mold in both rooms we tried, no refund, we’re going to continue to put how disgusting Thai hotel was on blast until we are refunded in full

This hotel is obviously from an earlier era but it's quite comfy, everything is convenient, and it's a great value. I really enjoyed a lazy morning sipping free coffee on my personal sun deck overlooking the giant courtyard pool. Where else in Wenatchee can you do that? Plus the staff here are always nice and very chill.

Thank you for your response. Yes our hotel is from a different era, but we love it and want all our guest to feel that same way. Our hotel has many stories from the early 70's where so many of our older guest had stayed with us, and all the great fun filled memories they all had. Our staff work hard to make sure each and every guest enjoys their stay. Thank you for noticing how wonderful our staff is.

We have stayed here 15 times.The closed captioning never works on the TV. The "safe remote" works sporadically, if at all. Last night the heater was broken and the room was hot. We switched rooms and there were dogs barking across the hall from 4am on. The guy that works at night is barely polite. The morning staff is awesome. Breakfast isnt worth $7

It was clean and the staff was ft and helpful. The property seems a little tired. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. I wa there an hour before it closed and there was not much left of the hot food.

The staff checking guests in was very nice and pleasant. Even though she was the ONLY staff there for the entire hotel on a sold out Friday night. Our room was a comfortable temperature, but the bathroom was dirty, had other guests hair on the floor, on the counter and on the tub side, and we had NO shower curtain. The breakfast staff was unpleasant and understaffed causing her to behave in a frustrated way towards guests.

We really appreciated the large room, relative quiet despite being close to the railroad tracks, separate sinks inside and outside the bathroom, easy parking, and breakfast options. The facility and rooms are dated and could use an update, but for the price it was a very comfortable stay.
