Hi, Thanks for the feedback. It is a little hard for us to follow up on anything with anonymous reviews. All of our room types have photos available when you book and they all show that the rooms have bunk beds as we are a backpackers. Best of luck to you for the future.

Hello Darren, How disappointing seeing a review after I personally replied to your email and had your whole stay refunded. Either way I responded to each one of your points directly to your email and did not receive a reply. For the benefit of other readers. Our Capsule room (first in Queensland) has 8 beds and a private bathroom inside the room, from a Hostel point of view it means there is a bathroom inside the room. Some guests expect to have a bathroom for every single bed which no Hostel has. As soon as guests book a message gets sent explaining no breakfast and parking is subject to availability (says this online as well), some guests choose not to read this message. Our pool, spa are very easy to notice and 100% open. I already apologised about cleanliness and we had this rectified on the day. Safe travels, BBR

Hello, Appreciate the 'feedback'. Our policies are explained before booking and are here for the safety of our guests and staff. Photo ID is a standard policy at every venue I have ever worked. Hostels which target a more budget conscience market are usually more firm on policies to protect themselves. Hi, Thanks for taking the time to let us know your feedback. Our Kitchen opens from 6am to 10pm. There are peak times when a number of people do cook at the same time and often in a group and share there meals, so it can get a little tight. We often find that these are only during these peak times and that there are other times when the kitchen is completely empty. Safe travels
