Good breakfast choice.
Really friendly staff, good choice at breakfast, nice n clean. Hotel is looking a little tired in places. There was a problem with the heating but it didn’t affect our stay. Will stay again.

Literally 30 yards off the main square in Ieper - perfect position. Lady on reception spoke excellent English and was really helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would definitely use again.

The hotel has a great breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. No frills but everything we needed at a good price.

Good value, great location.
Hotel is well located close to main attractions. Public areas were clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. No parking spaces but main square, just across road, offers free parking 1800-0900.

Simple but just what we needed
Fairly basic room and facilities. Linen was clean, breakfast very good. Our bathroom had a lot of hard water marks on the floor and peeling paint etc, but was clean. Mini fridge in room was a helpful touch. Staff friendly. The area was very nice and the Saturday morning market was worth visiting.

Breakfast was good and service was great, but the place needs some updates. The floor near the window in our room was damaged, the TV did not work (turned on but the picture was skewed on every channel). The towels were very old and almost threadbare, the sheets were rough and the pillows were very thin. The staff was very helpful in telling us where to park offsite.

Vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Verzorgde kamer, compact maar alles wat we nodig hadden. Vlotte check-in en check-out, geen verrassingen, geen extra kosten. Vlakbij de Grote Markt van Ieper. De eetsuggesties op de website zijn top. Een aanrader voor een budgetvriendelijke kamer met ontbijt.

The room I had was fairly large but when in bed it was not possible to turn the lights off from the bed. The main light was a heating light so rather too hot for summer albeit a bad summer, The bathroom was a 'wet-room' layout so after the shower very difficult to use the loo as it was flooded. Breakfast was fairly limited but ok.

Not much going for this
I was staying one night and had booked a single room. It was sparse and pokey. Although there was a window it offered absolutely no light really and no fresh air as it faced a wall. It was like sleeping in a cupboard. The bathroom was ok with a reasonable over-bath shower. Breakfast was very good, plentiful and varied. All and more. The lady on reception/restaurant duty, (maybe the owner) was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a plug in fan for the room and immediately got one. However it did just move the hot air around the room. Wouldn't recommend unless on a real budget and it isn't a hot night. Still you get what you pay for. Not much and not much!

Great view from our top floor room directly above the main square. Was quite noisy but not the hotels fault as it was so hot we had to have the window open. The lady on reception was very efficient and polite. Breakfast was good, the usual buffet affair, but as much as you wanted to eat. Great location literally seconds walk into the square.

What a great hotel! Right on the main square and easy to get everywhere. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were spacious and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Highly recommended. Bonus points were a dedicated storage room for bikes!

Great hotel.lovely and clean and in an amazing location close to restaurants & the main square. Very pretty city. Breakfast isn’t early enough especially when you have to travel, however they suggested we come down for a coffee and croissant at 7am.

For a quick stop over this room was comfortable and breakfast has scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, breads and yogurt
