We booked this room by default because other hotels in the Clarksdale, MS area were sold out, but we were very satisfied. The front desk staff were very nice, and happily gave us a late check out. Limited dining options (mostly fast food), but there was a little bakery a half mile down the road that was a great breakfast choice.

Had problems getting Wash towels. Water coming from the sink never got hot. It took a long time for the water in the shower to get hot. This was in room two twenty six.

I couldn’t watch TV they told me it would come back on and it never did I asked for a discount and he said all the TV’s were having issues but that didn’t make sense

Hotel was ok for a last-minute stay, but plumbing was an issue. The toilet ran intermittently, there was no hot water in the sink or shower, and the bathtub had a very, very, very slow drain.

Door was hard to open. Bed was hard as a rock and they didnot replace used towels with clean ones. Otherwise would have been very nice.

When I arrived I interrupted the receptionist & a fellow who were talking outside. They gave me such a dirty look that it shocked me. She got me checked in, I noticed a bunch of work trucks so fellows must stay here that are working on outside jobs? The brown carpets couldn't hide the dirt & dead spiders (at least they were dead). The carpet was so dirty that I noticed that the bottom of my feet were getting soiled so I had to wash then wear my shoes inside. The pool was drained and breakfast had some choices but nothing to rave about. This hotel needs a complete cleaning & paint job. Decent local, just outside of town.

I was definitely about 30 minutes from my event but so happy we was here as the Leath welcome us the surroundings we're clean nice. Omg those pillow and bed was so comfortable. Definitely gotta what I payed for.

Roach hotel
My cousin suggested this hotel because she thought they were clean. I was truly disappointed in the room we received. We traveled from Arizona to attend my couain funeral. First night in the room i opened the fridge and there were roaches dead and alive in the fridge. In the bathroom the bathtub was dirty, dead roaches on the floor. The next morning we ran into the maintenance man and he informed us that the rooms were not aupposed to be rented out because the rooms needed work. He was nice enough to come to my room and spray but the TV was still broken. When we asked Anita at the front desk what she can do and whybwould ahe rent the rooms out if they werent auppossd to be rented out all she said was call the manager tomorrow. Anita is working in hospitality I would expected a little more professionalism and compassion. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I chevjed into room 223 and the toilet was broken and roaches were everywhere. Talked to Anita at the front desk and she said she couldn't do anything about it and the manager waa on vacation until Monday. Talked to the maintenance guy the next day and he said our room shouldn't have been rented out due to it needing repairs and cause of the roacgrs. He did temporarily fix the toilet but we had to still hear the running warer thru the niggt. We traveled from Arizona and it hurt me to my soyl that I had to stay in a place like that for 2 days. I give this property a. 5 out of 5 rating

The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The breakfast had sausage links and eggs for those that are low carb like myself . It was disappointing that the pool was not working or available. And the place was definitely rundown with people drinking outside our room since the door opened to the parking area. My brothers room had some flying bugs in their room and she had some bites from something . I did not have this problem
