Hello Cheryl, Thank you for your feedback. Here at the Manor we always welcome comments from our guests in order to improve on future stays. We appreciate sometimes appliances in the rooms might need looking at by the reception team which are always on hand up until 10:30pm every evening and followed thereafter by a night manager service. I shall raise those points with our maintenance team in order to check if both TV's are working. I shall also report the issue with regards to the lighting near the dressing table and shall put forward the idea of a socket to be possibly installed closer to this. Each superior suite is equipped with its own heating system, which is located on the wall by the card key slot. Any issues with this can also be raised with our reception team as mentioned above. I am sorry to hear of the slightly disappointing stay you had with us as I'm sure you can imagine we could have resolved the majority of your issues had this of been brought to our attention at the time.We do hope that you will consider stopping again with us in the future and we would like to thank you again for your valued feedback. I am sorry to hear of the poor quality stay you had with us and I can totally understand your disappointment with the room facilities.I will personally look into this matter with regards to the water pressure and mattress quality. I shall also inform the relevant departments with regards to the music during evening and breakfast times.
