Great location for family trip. Close to West coast national park. Direct access to beautiful beach. However room was a bit cold and lock for one of the windows was broken.

Location good. Kaliva close to the main beach and pool. Bed and pillows needs replacing. Bathrooms need extraction fans- no windows. Club Mykonos is still well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Will recommend this property.

The room was clean but the stair wells were extremly poor mainted bird droppings in front of our room.The safe in the room did not work after complaining several times they gave us the key. The spot light on the gaurd house was broken It needed a new bracket as result the light was shinning directly in to our room complained several times but no effort to fix the problem

Nice but very limited power
Club Mykonos is a really nice place to stay whether you book a single room or a one/two-bedroom unit with a kitchen. I have stayed here a number of times and always have no serious issues, they are willing to go the extra mile. Units with all inside are in excellent condition. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had is that in South Africa we have parts of the day where electricity is switched off (Loadshedding) and except for the casino they do not cater for lights inside the units or on the grounds and maybe the TV to stay on. I've stayed in the countryside even more remote where the lodges and guest rooms have backup systems and the accommodation cost is half what Club Mykonos is charging. This they need to have a look at and provide enough lights in the evening at least

Everything was really lovely, until we had to walk from the casino to our chalet, as it was after 12pm and there was no shuttle to get us back. also the walk up from the parking to the chalet (734) was challenging (for the over 60's). Maybe, this should be considered when taking a booking

The stay was an adventure considering it was our first time. The windows and doors need to be looked at. In the middle of winter the wind tends to creep through. All staff was absolutely perfect, friendly and helpful

We was given 250 MB for internet but it expired after a 12 minute Skype Call which cancelled the call out. So I believe their counting of MB can not be correct. When phoning reception it was clear I must buy more but I had to come to the reception - a rather inconvenient and primitive way in todays standard - to purchase more. Perhaps a trick from the hotel as they know that most likely the guest buy more MB than he probably will use up due to the inconvenience. Who want to dress and walk all the way - a rather long way at Mykonos - especially late after dinner or at 5 am in the morning. Most disappointment of all was for my wife to discover that the casino did not open until 9.30 am - that was discovered after I escorted her to the casino at 6 am - she then had to wait until 9.30 and check out time was 10.00 am also not announced when booking the room. The only reason we travelled to Mykonos in Langebaan was for my wife to experience the casino. We will not come back to Mykonos because the casino opens too late for such an early check out time.

We are a self-catering resort, no charges are billed to your account, a hotel set-up is very different, this is why the WiFi vouchers had to be purchased and are not charged to your room. We cannot control the speed of your WiFi nor make it run out faster, do check your Playstore settings on your device. The casino is part of Tsogo Sun, their operating times are dependent on their licenses. Good place!!
The exterior of the building is old, but the inside is very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are so close together that it's loud on weekends and fine on weekdays.

I think its a complete rip off and waste of money. .My room cost over R3000 a night. check in was only at 4pm. It took us about 30 mins to check in at reception and another 45 mins to get to the room and unpack all our stuff and get settled. By that time the weather was cooler and having two kids under the age 3 I wasn't going to take them to the pools at that time. The next day we had to check out at 10am.. When I asked the front desk whether we could still make use of the facilities of the resort, the answer was no. When I asked why check in was so late the response was that the cleaning staff has a lot of rooms to clean, hence the late check in. I dont understand what this has to do with a paying client. So basically I drove an hour and a half to pay over R3000 to sleep in a room. I could have done that at home. What's the point of paying so much money. I dont gamble and it was a quick family break that we could not even enjoy. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

GREAT PLACE TO BE BUT FOOD COULD BE IMPROVED
Overall trip was great every bit of it we enjoyed it, except for the food in one of the restuarants we took, the food was not good at all, the seafood was not fresh at all and the was not options when choosing a menu, Steak just came with Chips no healthier option of Salad just a tiny piece f Tomato and lettuce.

For when you can't get to Greece
Gets quite busy over weekends as resort is big and has say visitors. Would not mind going back during the week. Rooms are well equipped for self catering with a braai area. I love the attention to detail that was made to make it look like Mykonos.

For me not so good as I felt I paid to much for the accommodation supplied it would have been better to have booked into a 4 star hotel at a higher rate for better comfort as the units are not worth the money that is being charged. I left one day earlier

Enjoyed our stay but not the immediate area,units are very well equipped.we were given a unit(127) which was entirely in the shade,might be alright in the summer but not in the spring.do not purchase their wifi,it is useless!!!we tried it on 3 different devices,in this day and age you should be given complimentary wifi,at least in the reception.

What really impressed me was the effort made by IT Department to assist me with a stable connection for a virtual meeting I needed to attend. Their staff were friendly, helpful and responded promptly. Our daughters (4 yrs old and 2 yrs old) really enjoyed Club Onos where the indoor play area and toys were clean and well maintained. Reason we'll return again is to see their joy experiencing the various kids activities (putt putt golf, indoor swimming, outdoor jungle gym..) The room came with a well-equipped kitchen and comfy living area. The water flow in the bath and shower were great. If there is one thing that could be changed would be the easy access to drinkable water (that isn't salty). Solved by purchasing 5 litre bottles from the nearby supermarket the next days. Suggest management maybe provide a 1.5 litre water in the room on the first day with a note about the water.

Very nice stay! Just a few kinks...
Booked into this Mykonos for a business trip. Very spacious and great accomodations. Theres enough restaurants to prevent you from having to leave the property (all walking distance). The waterfront is a nice addition also. Pros - spacious rooms, good food, gated Cons - very limited wifi, fee for wifi, lacking gym Overall, very nice accomodation for one or for a family for a week/weekend

Relaxing Getaway
We had a great time. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Check-in and out was very quick. The room we stayed in was spacious and in excellent condition, with great facilities. The room was very clean.
