This is not representative of the communication, training and operational excellence that we are known for. We are however delighted to hear that the service you received from Mr Anton was outstanding and we have passed on your feedback to him. It was unfortunate that Eskom who supplies the electricity in South Africa had maintenance issues which resulted in national load shedding/electricity black-outs. As you so rightly mentioned that when the generator came on, the lights would do too. We should have communicated this better to you so that your interrupted sleep could have been avoided. We do hope that some of the issues noted has not deterred you from returning and look forward to the opportunity to redeem ourselves where we did fall short.
