The flooring in the room did not extend under the air conditioning unit. Bare concrete showing all around. Broken plug cover, plug receptacle was loose in the wall. Phone didn’t work. Hole in the tub. The air conditioner was not sealed all the way around the wall opening, letting in air, bugs, and noise. Found a tick in the bed. Cracked fridge shelf. Floor lamp no plugged in, because there wasn’t a plug near by. Desk lamp.. different bulb colors and the switches operated to opposite side. Left operated the right, and vice versa. When the toilet clogged after a single use, I called on my cell phone for maintenance and was told I could go pick up the one available plunger from the front desk… in my pajamas… because the desk agent was the only staff on sight. They had no maintenance on staff.

overall very good will be staying here again next time i cross the bridge only weird issue was one of the guys that worked the front desk tried to say i would have to leave and come back between check out times cause i booked my two nights separately even though they were the same room but was able to stay without leaving after speaking to the manager

It was very close to our destination. The breakast was ample. 24 hour coffee!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Place is run down. The elevator is old, smelly, dirty sticky floor and buttons. The entire hotel smells like an old moldy bar, where smoking is still allowed. Even the nonsmoking floor smells like cigarettes. The room was the worse. The bathroom has mold growing on the ceiling and around the bathtub. The ceramic paint on the bathtub is peeling off from all sides and corners. The bed smells like vinegar. The blanket has cigarette burn holes. The phone in the room was not working. More mold and paint peeling off the walls. Walls are paper thin. Front desk clerks are not rude but not helpful either, very indifferent. Asked for two additional towels and was told to come down to the front desk and get them myself. Over all a horrible experience. The Boston Inn down the street might be better.

Definitely affordable but at what cost? Rooms are dated but clean. Bed pillows funky, not comfortable. Dripping shower faucet. Convenient for one night, close to where we needed to be. Staff extremely friendly and helpful though!

The property is conveniently located to shops and dining. It is worn and could use not just updating but general repairs (peeling wallpaper, missing trim, threadbare sheets). The front desk staff was helpful. Minimal breakfast options. It served it's purpose for an overnight stay.

Mediocre facility. Clean nice rooms definitely an older hotel. They advertise breakfast, make it a point to tell you the times on arrival. The breakfast is coffee. Not so much as a piece of fruit,cold cereal or a donut. Didn't even see any juice. Pathetic.

The staff here was amazing. I, mistakenly, registered for a smoking room. We were there with friends and he got us a non-smoking room connecting to our friends room. We didn't even ask for that. And so nice and friendly.

Cold showers. Asked staff about it and was told the person who dealt with this was sick. Dust bunnies and spider webs-need I expound? Not enough towels, we had 4 people in our party with only 3 towels. Asked for more towels and was told there were not any left so we had to wait. Oh and did I mention that the phone in the room wasn’t working so all of these issues had to be addressed by finding an appropriate worker and/or waiting on the availability of the front desk. Promised a full breakfast with fruit and juice but there were only waffles and cereal. Staff we could find were nice enough though.

The staff was amazing. They have been so helpful and so accommodating to the situation. I was in giving that we had a family emergency. The only problem I had with the room is that the bathroom was a little dated and needs a little work but that is really nitpicking at this point.

The only thing nice about this hotel is the location. It was dirty, beds uncomfortable, lots of people living there. Loud! Doors slamming all hours of the night. People talking loudly outside the room, all hours of the night. Will not stay here again!

Not that great
The place was clean, but I had two light fixtures that were broken and a duct taped hole in my shower and there were mystery stains on the ironing board. The ice machine has seen better days, looked like a little mold was growing. And breakfast consisted of the sugary cereal choices, make your own Belgian waffles and bananas. The juice machine was broken. I paid less per night at a B&B two days prior and had fresh home made items. I would only stay here again if I had no other option. I will say the staff os awesome, but the owner looks like a penny pincher.

I accidentally booked a smoking room. I have respiratory issues so that would not have worked for me. The woman at the desk kindly moved me to the only other room available..the tub was full of mold, the temperature control in shower was separated from the tub wall, there were mold/order absorbing containers in the corner of the room. The towels were rough and stained. I checked in very late, there were no other rooms so I decided to tell the front desk an out the mold in the morning. The person shrugged and told me that bathroom needed to be renovated. Also, they claimed to have breakfast but that consisted of dry cereal & waffles that you make yourself. The waffle batter was lumpy & runny. The OJ machine was out of order and the eating area was tiny and not clean.

The rooms are dated and are in need of a good thorough cleaning. Furniture was very stained. Breakfast provided is very minimal, waffle, 3 types of children cereal, oatmeal, no juice available nor tea or hot water for oatmeal. Breakfast room appears to be used as a storage room. Tea and coffee is available 24/7 in lobby area. Staff encountered were all friendly, professional and able to take care of any needs.

What an amazing location!!! Walking distance to many sights we planned to see. The room was comfortable and adequate, tho the bathroom and shower were the smallest I've ever seen.

The hotel is very outdated. The light in the bathroom was ducted taped up. Lady at the front desk was very nice. Clean for the most part and was fine for a quick 1 night stay.

All was fine as an over night stay except the shower head needed repair and there was a lot of water everywhere. we reported to front desk as we left and they were in process of noting it to be fixed. would stay there again.
