I had a great stay. Very safe area, customer service was great and the room and overall hotel was very clean. Breakfast was also very good. I will stay in these hotel brands again.

Didn't give 5 stars to staff and service because although they are all cordial, respectful and professional, the room cleaning person will ALWAYS forget something. Thus, I'd have to go looking for sanitary paper, tissue paper or remind then we were out of soap.

Front desk service, Room, cleanliness were all fine. Issue was lack of hot water in shower. Water was barely lukewarm - not comfortable at all.
