객실은 깔끔히 정돈되어있었고요. 핫텁이랑 온수 수영장을 아이들이 아주 좋아하네요. 뒷편으로 편의시설에 걸어갈 수 있어서 위치도 좋습니다.

I waited a bit to get checked in as the room wasn’t ready yet at 4 but the room was spacious and good. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Or stay at Delta Village Suites made our stay very memorable. It’s centrally located near all of the shops and restaurants and right a 5 minute walk to the gondola at foot of the mountain.

Pool was under repair 3 of the 4 nights we were there. Kids were really disappointed, there were options to use their pool nearby but night swim and hot tub was difficult. Overall it was disappointing

Ended up in a one bedroom suite that seemed to be handicap accessible, but not the room type I requested, and no other options to choose from: no furniture for clothes, no vanity in the bathroom, and no base cabinets in the kitchen. The cabinets were falling apart and there were stains/water marks on the ceiling. Disappointing for a Marriott property and not worth the price. Location was good and on-site restaurant was great. Hot tubs and pool were a plus.

This is an older property but it was a great option for the Whistler ski area. The cleaning staff were wonderful. The fireplace in the room was really nice. The shuttle driver Matthew was so nice and friendly and informative.

We love the Delta for location and we appreciate the washer/dryer in room for ski clothes. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. All the staff were great. We were disappointed the there were issues with the pool and hot tubs during our stay. We used them a couple times. But a few days they weren’t heated and we couldn’t use them.

We waited for over 30 min to check in because of long lineups…. had to park illegally in order to get somewhere close to the entrance for valet parking. One ice maker on the 2nd floor didn’t work and the front desk staff had no idea that there was only one. Room staff knew it was broken but didn’t offer to fetch any. After 20 minutes of running around and 1 hr of waiting for an ice delivery…we checked out. Hallways stunk…waited ages for an elevator and finally took the stairs. Not worth $2,200 for a 2 bedroom suite for ONE NIGHT! They even charge for morning coffee! This was a Christmas bucket list trip. Terrible!!

my friend group enjoyed the excellent hospitality in the hotel. Staff members were very friendly and offered their sincere assistance in many ways. We will recommend this hotel to others. Thanks for making our stay in real resort like experience!

Loving it!
We are returning back to Whistler for celebration. Loving Delta Hotel locations. We stayed at a suite with fireplace, which is very comfy. Hotel hosts deliver celebration message and surprise us. This is so sweet! Thank you so much for the staffs from front desk, Debra(?), and a guy that fixed our TV connection. They are friendly and very supportive. This year, Delta hotel went above and beyond my expectation compared to last year. I'm so happy coming back again. Thank you for staffs detailed and sweet organizations.

We booked our four day stay several months ago to ensure we had a room. A few days before our arrival we learned that Expedia offered the same room at a rate $230 per day less than we paid. We contacted Expedia for an adjustment, only to be told they would not match the almost $1,000 less total room cost. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Will not use Expedia again!

Check in should be at 4:00 pm but we were given room availabilities at 4:50 pm, after I approached the receptionists 5 times for updates. We could’ve used our time on something better if we have been informed ahead that our rooms aren’t available yet, rather than us wasting more than an hour of waiting at the hotel lobby. This is our first time to experience a hotel that doesn’t provide bedroom slippers for guests. It would also be better if you will add toothpaste & toothbrush in the toiletries. One of our rooms has an awful smell that made my son cough so bad at bedtime, he needed to sleep in the couch. There’s an air vent that blows towards the bed area; better to move that to other spot.

We booked one night here for a get away. staff on site were very helpful and friendly. we loved the ability to walk to all the shops and services in whistler. the pool was clean and the hot tup was running and a welcome treat. Total price per night with tax was 423 canadian. my gripe is that the bed was supposed to be a queen but was small i would say a twin. the room was clean but very small, the tub you could not possibly lay in. Our tv service was out the entire time and staff did not seem to have any answer to why or how it was being resolved. Our room faced the main entrance and the noise from outside was very clear. it was a saturday night so the party crowd was full on, this didnt help. I also am surprised we had to pay 35 for parking when we are paying 423 per night, seems unfair. i kinda wish i had paid a bit more and gotten a larger room on the back side of the hotel.

I and my husband choose Delta hotel to stay for our first trip in Whistler. I'm feel lucky that I booked this hotel & I happy with everything we have in the room. The location is excellent, bed is so comfortable, clean & cozy. I definitely stay here again in the future. Great customer service from the front desk, very friendly and helpful. Quiet room and the fireplace is a nice touch. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by.
