You really can't beat the convenience factor. We spoiled ourselves and stayed here for a weekend in the spring when the prices were more affordable and had the full ski and ski out experience. My kids love the about 90° heated pool. My mom got a spa treatment and the rest of the family walked 100 feet to the gondola and enjoyed a good few days of skiing. We were so spoiled with ski Valet too. Note that you do have a resort fee that is charged at the hotel but it's worth it. It comes with the breakfast and ski valet and access to the pool other amenities you do have to pay parking which is about $40 a day.

This location is situated in the heart of Whistler, offering convenient access to everything. One of the highlights of this hotel, especially during winter, is its proximity to the mountain and the on-site tent located directly below. After skiing or snowboarding, they conveniently collect your gear at the tent, eliminating the need for your family to carry it back and forth to the room, which was a blessing for us.

Overall a good stay but I think double beds are and should be a thing of the past. Minimum bed size should be queens. Beds are super comfy tho and rooms are nice and spacious. Love the pool and hot tub and sauna. Wish the gym was a little better equipped.

overall, it’s a good stay! Walkable to gondola, and the swimming pool is nice and warm. Yet the room facility is a little old, and bedding looks not so clean. But I like the little kitchen. So I still will come next time, anyway.

I would have given a 5 star review, as the staff and were were really great. I enjoyed a three day getaway with my son which was nice. The only thing that needs to be sorted are the two broken hot tubs that were weren’t working at all. All the jets in both tubs weren’t working. And for a mini skiing holiday, this is a tragedy. Besides that, the staff were really lovely, incredible location and the room was wonderfully comfortable.

10 minute walk to the chair lift, also near a bus stop. Bad: mattresses, literally couldn't sleep and put couch cushions on ground. One member of our group just paid for another hotel. Replacing the mattresses would make me come back, but without that I won't recommend.

The hotel is definitely dated and the rooms have a little bit of a humid/musty smell but other than that it’s a nice quiet hotel and the pool area is amazing and the location is amazing and the staff are wonderful… And you definitely get your moneys worth with the breakfast included! There are tons of loungers around the pool. The pool is warm and heated and you get beverage services so it’s quite wonderful and lots of sun.

I think the Hilton is the best hotel in Whistler for value, location and amenities. I love Summit store inside the hotel. It's at the slopes and most accessible to the Gondola. Staff while kind at the front desk didn't offer upgrades or any special treatment and were very transactional, something they could work on. People come to the Hilton to be treated well and feel special.

This property is great and right next to the gondola. We had a great time, and it was close to everything especially in front of the restaurants. inside the hotel there's another restaurant/bar that is great and fun to hang out at. The rooms are spacious, and beds are comfy. Check-in was easy and staff is very helpful and happy. Overall we had a wonderful time. I would rebook for next year.
