Hi there, thanks for your review. I'm sorry that your television set wasn't working when you arrived. All you need to do is inform the front desk or call the number that was given to you in your arrival letter. We have maintenance people available between 8am and 11pm 7 days a week. I'm sorry that our high housekeeping standards were not met for your arrival on this occasion. I have provided feedback to our housekeeping team so that lessons can be learnt for the future. I'm not sure what you mean about coffee, but extra coffee is available at the front desk, all you have to do is ask as you pass by.
