Had a wonderful experience at the hotel. It was very clean and cozy. Staff was attentive and really nice. They do charge for parking per day but it is valet. The room is equipped with kitchen that includes a stove/fridge/microwave/dishwasher/cookware and silverware which was very convenient as eating out 3x per day can get a little expensive. The hotel is in the center of the village and right across from the gondola that leads to all the activities. The village is beautiful and has all you could possibly need within walking distance. Definitely recommend!!!

Awesome property. Clean room and friendly staff. Beautiful view except om the weekend if you need quiet to sleep DO NOT book the North side of the hotel. Band an open bar which is loud but if you can sleep through that like we did it is awesome! They do Provide ear plugs in the room.

Great stay and room was very nice. Just be aware that the hotel is directly across from the Longhorn Pub, so apres ski music can be very loud… though it does shut down and get a lot quieter as the evening progresses and is quiet by 10pm.

This hotel has probably the best location in Whistler. Right between both the whistler and blackcomb gondolas- easy access to the vilkage and you drive right up and park underneath.

Best hotel in Whistler!
Oh, this hotel deserves all the praise. We've stayed in this hotel for our anniversary, and we could not have picked a better spot. Our only regret is not staying for longer! All the staffs were PHENOMINAL. From check in, valet parking, to check out, every single person we've ran into were so kind and lovely. Special shoutout to Rachel!! She was so wonderful, she deserves a raise :") As per hotel facility, this hotel is legit 1 min away from the lift. We were snowboarding, and this location was just perfectly convenient. They also store your board for you, which is even better! They also have a board shop that'll wax and unbind your snowboard if needed - super convenient! The rooms - oh my god. We had the best sleep in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, showers are spacious, room is beautiful, and this hotel has a rooftop hot tub which was just cherry on top. We were relaxing under snowfall and it was so romantic. We will definitely be coming back every year! Thank you to all the staffs who's keeping this hotel magical for all the guests! Do not hesitate, if you're reading this review, this is your sign to abandon every other options you had in mind and BOOK THIS HOTEL. You will not regret it.
