Walls were so thin, neighbors kept us awake. Sheets were clean but shower and top of comforter and floor were dirty. Staff was kind and helpful.

the carpet by the bed was dirty. i found a small bottle of lotion in the bed. blood stain on a pillow. it looked like poop on the wall in the bathroom . not worth what i paid.

Don’t forget you charger plug there are no USBs in the rooms. Beds were comfy overall got what I paid for. But a new lamp with a usb plug would be a nice up grade.

The last time.
When reserving the room I listed cash as method of payment. When registering I was told it had to be by card. I was told could not get a copy of the receipt until check out. Once in the room…..it had a strange smell, spots on the bed cover, the worst was the “roach” crawling across the night stand. I went to tell the office we were leaving and the reasons why and the guy said he would come see for himself. He offered to put us in a different room, I refused. This is the 3rd time I have had issues at this place. NEVER AGAIN.

Overall it's good
Overall this is a decent, relatively inexpensive hotel. But the bathroom cleanliness wasn't that great. Random hairs stuck to the shower walls and the bathroom door on the inside had some splatters. Everything else was really clean though. Good location, lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars was because upon check in, our room was extremely hot, no air on. There should be some air on when it’s hot outside. Also, we looked forward to the free breakfast, I saw a sign in dining room stating not to take food out but it was miserably hot in there, you couldn’t sit there and eat! So we decided to go next door to Cracker Barrel. Loved that it was right next door!! Our bathroom was gross, there was long black hair all over the floor so someone isn’t doing their job cleaning! Other than that, it was great!

First and last stay in Quality Inn. There is no quality in that facility. I know it is a cheap option... but even that I wasn't expected so bad experience. Stinky smell, hair (not mine) everywhere, non working hair dryer with burnt plug, fridge in extremely bad shape with freezer completely covered with ice.

Massive Fail!! Hotel had no record of my prepaid reservation. They were full, and didn't offer any help finding a replacement room. I was texting w/ Expedia rep for an hour to get refund and help finding a replacement room. I had to locate a replacement room which added another hour to my travel time! Massive fail!

Not the best Quality Inn I've stayed at.
This particular Quality Inn was very dirty. It smelled of cigarette smoke in the non-smoking room when we entered. There were dirty marks on wall in bathroom. Shower head didn't work well.

While we found a comfortable bed, we were disappointed to find mildew on the ceiling. The heating/cooling unit was very loud & put too much moisture into the room.

Ever have that feeling you are being watched? Well you will have that feeling at this hotel. From the minute you pull into the parking lot to when you walk to the pool to when you pack up to leave...everyone will be watching you.... The workers, the long term tenants, and the creepy guy that eats taco bell and smokes weed behind the pool house, they all will be watching you. The room was clean and well maintained but the staff was far from hospitable. We are a nice clean cut family from the north but we were treated and spoken to like we were convicts on the run. The breakfast buffet was absolutely terrible, the waffle mix tasted like it was rancid.... Speaking of the breakfast buffet forget about taking a blueberry muffin and a cup of coffee outside to eat, the employees will chase you out the front door and make you come back in to eat it at their tables. The pool was nice if you can look past giant hairballs and cigarette butts at the bottom of the deep end. There was one blonde haired female employee there that worked her butt off doing everything and she is honestly the only reason that place is still running. If everyone else working there would act like her and spend more time taking care of the place and treating the customers like people and not suspects this hotel would be a much better place to stay. Next time we come back we will definitely stay somewhere else.

Accessible room was unbearable. Wore shoes in showers because looked unsanitary. Smokers, both patrons and staff hung-out outside of door, so fumes filled room and remained. Had to check out due to asthma. Manager was very sullen when we checked in and out. This Quality Inn should renamed...Quality Out!

The linens had holes. The bedspread had holes and blood. The bathroom walls and ceiling were filthy. There was mildew in the bathroom. There was a horrible musty smell to the entire room even after running the air conditioning.

Stopped for the night after a long drive. Toilet didn’t flush but staff quickly came and fixed it. Easy on and off the highway with a pool.

It was much cheaper than normal prices of hotels that I have stayed at in the past. It looks as if the owners are trying to make the place better, but it would take stripping the walls & remodeling to get the nicotine off the walls. This location is no smoking, but you can tell it use to allow smoking. It could have been much cleaner and the ice machine did not work upstairs so I had to walk to the front of the building, which is just an inconvenience.

It wasn't a 8 rating which is why I booked it, it needs updating and deep cleaning. This bathroom was very uncomfortable with toilet actually on door. Sheets were ok, pillows awful and pillow cases very dingy.

WORST Quality Inn Ever visited.
If there was anything warm and fuzzy inside the receptionist she certainly didn’t waste it on us! Snippy. Room was a disaster. Reserved a king bed room but got 2 queens. Paint in bathroom peeling. Door to bathroom cut out to go around toilet when opening. Horrible toilet paper! Chair was so stained and filthy it was unusable. I can’t even imagine what activities might have gone on there. AC was cold but it sounded like someone cranked up a lawn mower up inside the room. ALL. NIGHT. LONG. Pillows were so lumpy and old they would have been trashed if you donated them to an animal shelter. Bedspreads we’re stained and had cigarette burns all over them!!!! In a nonsmoking hotel!!! We didn’t set anything on the furniture or floors. “Hot breakfast” meant 1 waffle maker. Everything else was cold cereal, junk muffins and bread to toast. Quality Corp seriously needs to consider revoking this franchise because it’s not doing any favors for the brand name. NEVER AGAIN! Pictures don’t do carnage justice.

Bathroom pretty moldy and unkept. No warm items or protein at breakfast. Cleaning /housekeeping staff asked us if we were out yet while we were loading the car but it was only 8:30am. Rude. Light outside room was so bright we had trouble sleeping. Was too late when noticed to change room.
