Average cheap quality room. Reception would not let us extend check out time to 12 pm even though we arrived at 2:30 am after 8 hours drive. This is a poor service.

Excellent accommodations and attentive staff. These are vacation condos, but are wonderfully clean and fully contained with kitchen, utensils and appliances. While they don’t offer breakfast, you can prep your own in-suite, or go to any of the great places nearby.

The room was huge with beautiful views and jacuzzi tub that we enjoyed. You could tell there was former water damage as the vanity in the bathroom showed heavy signs and the floor sunk in certain spots when you stepped down. The shower was VERY small which was surprising given how large the room was. A larger person or even a pregnant woman would have a very difficult time. There was something sticky all over the kitchen floor. Be prepared to get heavily harassed by the people at the front desk everytime you walk by to attend their time share seminar.

This is a very well kept and friendly resort, and our 2nd stay here. The building and grounds are attractive, and the design and parking layout allows close parking, without feeling like the parking lot is overcrowded. This is obviously a help with lots of ski gear.

It was great! But hotel guests should be aware that they will try to sell you on a time share. In order to pick up your parking pass you are subjected to a high pressure sales pitch trying to get you to attend a 2 hour timeshare pitch the next day.

Parking was a breeze, check-in a little long because of the timeshare thing. They try to push you into the timeshare meetings but we made it clear we had no interest and it was fine they let us go. Room was very nice with one the most confortable bed and pillow ever. Walking distance to everything was a plus. Pool/spa area was okay not too crowded at the end of a long day of hiking. It is missing a EV car charger for hotel guests. We had a nice winter weekend thank you!

Very nice and affordable
We had a super cute suite with a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room area. It was clean and affordable. The pool was nice and the hot tubs were relaxing. Staff was friendly and efficient. We are going to stay there again for sure!

place is awesome. staff was wonderful. after a ski day needed a hot tub to warm my wife and i back up. please was extremely clean and the rooms was gorgeous. i might have to take some of the ideas and do my next home remodel. none the less the location was perfect from loon and Bretton woods.

The rooms were very spacious. The suites had everything you could use in the kitchen area. Having two bathrooms was a plus. The pool area and hot tub was very nice to relax. We didn’t use the exercise room but it looked clean and up to date with equipment. Staff were very friendly and offered suggestions on places to go and provided information on the area. I highly recommend this resort and would stay here again. We got a tour of the president suite and would love to stay here with family.

We had a great stay here, very close to skiing at Loon Mountain and west basin parking is closest and less crowded. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the kitchen to make breakfast/lunch. Would def. stay here again.

Very nice condo 2 minutes from Loon mountain, it has everything you need, great pool and hot tub. Plenty of restaurants near by. Ice Castles are 5 minutes away. We loved our stay, will come back

Facility was excellent, met all our needs. We cooked full meals each night. Jacuzzi was great with plenty of hot water. Only negative was that we were not placed in the suite level that we had for, but it was quickly resolved.

great stay
The resort was well kept. It was comfortable. Your pictures of the hotel was not the room I got, my room was in the basement it had small windows that did not open. That being said it was roomy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately our first morning there the smoke alarm in the hallway kept beeping every 30 seconds because of a low battery and woke me up early maintenance didn't fix it for a couple of hours but I know everyone is shorthanded right now.

We rented a 2 bedroom suite and the rooms exceeded all expectations! It was clean, very spacious and fully stocked. Our midweek stay was the perfect mini getaway and we can’t wait to return!

This place was even better than the photos. Photos were accurate in terms of amenities and decor, but the spaces were even more spacious than the photos captured. The only thing I'd note that took us by surprise was that this is part of a vacation club so there's no daily housekeeping for extra towels, etc. However, since we didn't know and didn't bring quarters to do laundry, they were very accommodating in giving us extra towels and toiletries. Less like a hotel and more like a condo. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and cooking stuff you'd need to cook a full family meal including dessert. Place was spotless - not only the accommodations but the pool and hot tub areas, arcade, etc.

Bluegreen Vacations South Mountain was a great place to stay for our family ski trip to Loon Mountain. Very convenient to the local grocery and shopping in Lincoln. Its a beautiful area and a nice quiet little town. We'll be returning some day for sure.
