Quiet and spacious
I enjoyed how quiet the place was. The laundry and dryer were very useful . The kitchen could be equipped with better useful utensils for cooking. The floors were also somewhat sticky .

It was comfortable and easy to stay there. Laundry was a plus. One point is that the kitchen could be better equipped with proper utensils

Perfect for what we needed
Easy to check-in. It was 24 hrs which was great since our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 2 am. It had every thing we needed such as kitchen utensils and toiletries. One of the bathrooms wasn’t cleaned very well, but it wasn’t that bad to be a big deal. I do recommend bringing ear plugs since the train station is right behind the building. We only heard the subway horn on occasion, but it did wake us up one morning. We would definitely stay again. It was walking distance to the downtown area and some excellent restaurants.

Old and needs renovation. No ready service
Needs renovation. Bathroom old, rusty tub fixtures, toilet seat cover is cracking. No towels in pool. Flush broke at night and there was nobody to help...had to wait in the morning past 9am. No daily housekeeping, no replenishment of supplies/towels. Couldnt wait to move out.

Good value for the space
Stayed 10 days in 1 bedroom. Very nice facilities with parking which is an advantage in NYC area.

Good stay (poor heating) center of White Plains
The location of the apartment is amazing, and the unit was nice enough, however the heating was not sufficient and was generally quite cold in the unit

Nice space close to transportation and shopping
Clean, modern, well-appointed building and suites. Full kitchen with modern full-sized appliances, sparse but functional living area (fold out couch), dinings table, washer & dyer, large closet, adequate bathroom (could use better lighting). Perfect for long stays or small families. Easy walk to express train to NYC for day trips, close to shopping, dining, & movies. Will use again...recommend highly.

Excellent place to stay only one problem with fire alarm system had a problem went off every morning around 8 a.m. got annoying after a week. What are hard to get in and out because of construction going on which is acceptable but normal for upkeep.

Apartment for the price of a hotel.
Great for a few nights in White Plains.... only drawback was being adjacent to train tracks which are very busy and give too much noise. Unit could have a bit more in the way of decor but it worked for my purpose and I have already recommended it to a friend who is bringing someone in from England.

A wonderful place to stay!
We stayed for 6 days and really enjoyed it. We had booked a one bedroom apartment but when we arrived we were given a 2 bedroom apartment for the same price. The full kitchen was wonderful as my husband has many allergies and cannot eat at local restaurants. Our only complaint is that when we arrived we were given very little information about the building, where the pool was located, and how the parking under the building worked as there were reserved spots and visitor spots and we weren't sure which we were. However the second night we were there, a very thoughtful and helpful concierge, Henry, gave us a special tour of the facilities and answered all our questions. We found out that a new person had been on duty the day before when we checked in.

Close to train, shopping, and restaurants
Very secure building which was a plus for me, garage parking, train station was a 5 minute walk which is so convenient if you go to New York City or any of the other surrounding communities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were amazing. The rates were very comparable to a hotel but offered so much more, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, in room wi fi, large bath, and so much more. On site is an indoor pool and fitness center. Walking ground and pet friendly areas.

Great location with wonderful service
The place is located right next to the train station in White Plains. Easy access to the city and walking distance to restaurants and down town White Plains. The service was great and the amenities - top quality. The mattress was a little two soft and not so good for my back. The apartment was clean and well equipped. And the price is right!

Apartment Living at Hotel Prices
Clean and conveniently located apartment (I was given a 2 bedroom during my stay) across the street from the White Plains Metro-North station and a 5 minute walk to City Center (Nordstrom, movies, Shop-Rite). Aside from a smartly decorated living room and bedroom the building itself has an indoor pool and indoor/outdoor "lounge" where you can relax with a book or your laptop. Perfect for a family or travelers who aren't seeking doting hotel staff or any of the other perks of staying at a proper hotel. Only one complaint during my stay: the mattresses in the bedroom and guest room were not the requisite firmness and should've been replaced a year ago. Otherwise, recommend.
