Family Christmas Holiday
Our stay from 24 to 27 December 2023 was okay. The receptionist was very warm and her demeanor positive. The superior room we booked was okay but cleaners must try to be thorough in their cleaning. Please control ants and spiders. The room will also have an appeal once flooring is improved. The sports fields were far from what is advertised - condition poor.

We had an unexpectedly late check-in however the person behind the desk was very friendly and helpful at such an hour. All was in order and we were able to get to our rooms with minimal delay.

Poor Service
We had booked two rooms through Hotel.com however when we arrived at the Resort they were unable to pick up the booking. We were travelling with family and wanted both rooms to be next to each other for convenience. Only one room was booked and was told by the reception they are fully booked and placed us in a ''honeymoon suite'' at first which was not what we had booked. According to the restaurant manager (Charl ) the ''honeymoon suite is not even supposed to be used as it is supposed to be under renovation. We could literally feel the springs on the bed that's how bad it was. We then went back to reception to ask for another room , the guy from reception (Pier ) told us we must just make do with that room.We then were given two options of rooms to choose from however yet again these rooms are their back up rooms which are not in very good condition and should not even be let out for guests. The phone didn't work , the shower had no pressure. The room was not cleaned, spider webs everywhere. Empty shampoo, lotion bottles where left behind. The bedding and the bed was not cleaned. The curtains were dirty with stains. The lighting was so very poor. Very poor service and very disappointing. We travelled from far to get pushed around and told we must just make do.

Good place, but stay away from the eggs at breakfast. Meats are also a bit oily but still tastes good

Relaxing stay in White River
Amazing stay at Ingwenyama Resort. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast is up there with the best we'd ever had. The service from all the staff was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Pool area and surrounding gardens where immaculate. Excellent value for the area and I would highly recommend a stay there.

Great vacation
Very friendly and prompt service. Booking & checking in was easy and fast. We decided to stay an extra day and Kelly was kind enough to charge us by our previous lower rate instead of the normal prices. Overall a great experience.

Lowveld gem
To be honest I was surprised with this last minute booking - reception could not be friendlier or more helpfull - I recieved a great room that was super clean - and compared well to a lot more expensive places I have stayed at - I travel for a living so have seen it all - i would have liked to see a hairdryer in the room - standard at most places, and some bottled water in the fridge.
