Run down the room was not clean and it had a aweful smell. Would not stay there again.

Hotel is clean, staff was all friendly and welcoming. Area was safe. Was sad to see there was no hot tub as there was photos of one when we booked.

As always, the ladies, who work here went out of their way to show me. They are concerned about how my stay is going. I’m frequently ask if there’s anything we can do for you to enjoy your stay even better!! that shows true customer service it shows loyalty to the company and it shows me that I’m staying at the right hotel. They took time to make sure even my dog was comfortable. He’s a service animal in retirement. I know he feels safe in this environment and bobby are amazing at the front desk, and the chambermaids always have a smile on her face. I recommend this place to any traveler from Kalispell to Buffalo New York.

The front desk girls go out of their way to smile at customers I take note of these things as I’ve been in the hospitality business, my whole life! The rooms are clean. The chambermaids are very eager to help, and I would give Gm Bobby and Lisa gold stars because their attitude makes it worthwhile to stop by the desk and just talk. They are straight up good people I highly recommend choosing the Quality Inn when coming to Kalispell

The manager was kind upon arrival I believe Lori, who works weekends in the morning, and also during the week was an amazing attendant. I have a service animal, and she treated him with the upmost respect and kindness due to his age of 14 he felt comfortable I felt comfortable, I recommend staying there even if you’re used to the Hilton? It has all the amenities a guy could want positive attitude from the staff goes along way

I had an unpleasant experience at the Quality Inn. I was initially drawn to the hotel due to the advertised pet fee of $20 per stay. However, upon arrival, I was charged $80 for my dog, despite showing the hotel staff the Expedia booking confirmation. The room was in poor condition, with used towels that had urine on them,Gatorade bottles, and mold in the fridge and bathroom. The hotel staff expressed discomfort with my leashed dog walking in the hallway. The breakfast was subpar and stale, and there was a homeless individual sleeping in the common area. The parking situation was congested and poorly designed, forcing us to navigate against traffic due to a permanently closed road. I suspected drug activity in the parking lot, and I felt unsafe throughout my stay. To add insult to injury, the hotel staff delivered our checkout receipt at 5 am, waking us up with my dog's barking. I strongly discourage anyone from considering the Quality Inn for their stay.

Our room was filthy! Someone's toenail clippings on the bathroom counter so obviously the counter wasnt wiped off and dirt and little pieces of trash on bathroom floor. Found a piece of broken glass on the carpet by the bed and dog hair and dirt was evident along the baseboards.

This was an older property, the carpet had seen better days and the one treadmill in the "health center" was not functional. But frankly, your not staying in this hotel for the health center. The room was surprisingly updated, clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice and it was a nice place to crash for the night at a really good price.

The room was dirty. Staff was unprofessional. There was a fight in the hallway in the middle of the night and doors slamming through out the night. The sheets were dirty. And the breakfast was not appetizing.

The bathroom was not clean and one of the beds’ pillowcases were not clean. Neighbors were very loud late. Overall it was fine, but not the greatest.

The area around the entrance was very dirty. The bathroom was clean, but the room was dirty. The carpet showed clearly that it had not been vacuumed. The waste basket had not been emptied from the previous occupants. When these things are that obvious it makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the total room and the breakfast. Cleanliness is obviously not a priority here.

Room was great - large and furnished well. Hallways and lobby show wear and tear, could be cleaner. Parking area not well lit. Casino/lounge entrance right by motel entrance and not family friendly. Swimming pool is outdoor, doesn’t work year round in Montana-should be clarified in motel information.

Very rude front check in with Lisa ! I expressed my concern over a no smoking room and got attitude and very rudeness about it . That she’s not here to babysit the guests that could possibly smoke in their room. She is not a good customer service rep for this hotel ! Our room was okay sure had not been dusted in sometime and floor in bathroom not cleaned . Shower curtain is gross. To pay $265 is ridiculous and sad for anyone who gets treated the way I did at your don’t desk and the room to be just okay In cleanliness.

False advertising
Very disappointed in this booking. First, the online outdoor photo is not correct. Secondly, keys didn’t work, took four tries. Desk clerk was a hard worker, but this spoke to the overall condition of the property. Mold in the bathroom. Shower knob missing. Despite paying the outrageous price of $324 a night, I had to request to have our room cleaned and fresh towels. Breakfast was very poor in both quality and amount of food available, and the hotel was so understaffed at that time some that the poor woman working couldn’t handle the guests needs. Again, very disappointed in our whole experience there. Kalispell is near resorts, it is not a resort town. I expected much, much more for that price.

The mattress on the bed must’ve been old, lots of springs poking through. The sheets felt clean but the rest of the room felt grungy. The shower head in the shower was also very low, had to bed over quite a bit to wet your hair. Low quality towels as well. Probably won’t be back.
