General cleanliness when we took on the property was average. Also there were some maintenance issues, like the downstairs bath tub drain was clogged meaning it took ages for the water to drain. Water pressure and water temperature issues throughout. The view was lovely however and it was nice and spacious.

The photographs of the property need updating as the property in its present state is nothing like the photos. Very average property and cleanliness is well below standard. This is a rip off and Expedia needs to investigate and get back to me.

The service from both Expedia and Hamilton Island Holiday Homes is absolutely appalling. Don't ever stay in Anchorage 5 as there is no view what so ever, the furniture is at least 20 years old and is stained and damaged. The door to the deck can't be unlocked and there is hardly any natural light. Totally depressing for a holiday island. 13 phones, emails and one month later, still no acceptable resolution or refund.

Hamilton Island Holiday Homes was perfect of us!
We had never been to Hamilton Island before, so didn't know what to expect really. We have travelled internationally alot pre-COVID, and honestly, we had the BEST time on Hamilton Island. The accommodation from Hamilton Island Holiday Homes (HIHH) was perfect. We're glad we didn't stay immediately beachfront where the accommodation was slightly cheaper, as there is no privacy in those properties and they are very small. Comparatively, HIHH properties were all extremely large, well designed, had loads of amenities, large kitchen, garaged parking AND it included a buggy (saving us at least $889 over the course of the week). You NEED a buggy when on Hamilton Island if you want to see everything/be free to travel around. The shuttles don't cut it. So, to have everything we needed plus great views was great. Perfect service from the HIHH team, who also take your bags from the airport/port up to your room, and back on the day of departure. Honestly, no complaints at all - and I'm not exactly easy to please!

Having a golf buggy included in the price was great because the location was very hilly. Although the golf buggies only seat four and we have a family of five so needed to do two trips each time

Holiday Home
Casuarina #2 was great. Location was amazing (walking distance to shops, wharf, and marina, a couple minutes buggy ride to one tree hill, resort facilities, and Catseye beach). Facilities were good (included a buggy, washing machine, dish washer, and an electric grill). Balcony had good views of Marina. Service was really good. Weather was great (hot and sunny) - which was causing a bit of bugs (ants and cockroaches to come out). There was no wi-fi coverage at the accommodation, but we had good data and phone reception from our mobile providers (Optus).

I have sent email to the staff ask for a hard mattress bed for my dad. Cos my dad got serious problem for his back. When we arrived there the bed was so soft even for us. So my dad has to sleep on the floor

Hamilton Island is beautiful and very layed back just what we were looking for. The fact that the majority of the traffic on the island was golf carts made this "wrong side" of the road driver comfortable navigating to all of the fun sites and activities. When we arrived we had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed, the staff had everything fixed within the hour and the rest of the stay they checked back to make sure everything was still perfect.

Fantastische appartment op top locatie!
Geweldig huis, top locatie. Prachtig, knus eiland. Buggy echt noodzakelijk. Mogelijk zelf te koken en BBQ bij het appartement. Genoeg ruimte. Prachtig balkon. Huis mag iets opgeknapt worden. Zeker geen achterstallig onderhoud, maar een likje verf zou het nog mooier maken.

Surprised by the best view ever and enjoyed breakfast on the deck each morning. It was our own private paradise as we hardly knew we had neighbours except for meeting a couple in the pool.

Good location and view but should not be advertised to sleep 6. 2 have to sleep on the lounge which is not a foldout bed. Some appliances a tad old and worn. Staff were helpful

Loved our stay
We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment due to works resulting from the cyclone. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The inclusion of a buggy and use of the kayaks/paddleboards is excellent value!

2ベットルームに宿泊しました。 リビングから　海が一望出来　夜はバルコニーから星空もきれいに見えました。 しかし、島全体に　鳥が沢山居るので　バルコニーやバルコニーにあるダイニングセットなどに　鳥の糞が　沢山あり　バルコニーでバーベキューを計画していましたが　断念しました。 せめて　入室前に　クリーニングをしておいて　欲しかったです。 それ以外は　食器　調理器具　洗剤類など　しっかり揃っているので　食材　調味料があれば　快適に　過ごせます。 何より、ハミルトン島には必須のカートが、島、到着後すぐから　チェックアウト後　フライト時間まで　無料で使用出来るのが　有難いです。 他のホテルなどとは違い、ルームキーでの清算　島到着後のオリエンテーション、他ホテル宿泊客に対してのリーフビューホテルの日本語のデスクでの冷たい対応など　少し不便な所もありますが　コスパはとても良いと思います。 次回も必ず　ホリデーホームズを使用したいと思います。

Great location - shame that the unit is run down
The location is great however: Anchorage Unit 1 - Ensure you do not stay in this block of units. The complex is not all managed by Hamilton Island Holiday homes, as such we had five kids under 5 above us pushing chairs around like cars, the noise was terrible, totally out of the control of you or the agent when booking. The "unit" was run down, as was the complex. Issues included the lounge was old, uncomfortable and black on the arms with dirt, the gas stove top had a broken burner which leaked gas and would not stay lit, the range hood fell apart in our hands, All the shelves were missing in the fridge door, the kitchen cupboard doors all stayed open and would not close, the extractor fan in the master en-suite could not be turned off and made a loud noise very noticeable at night, The en-suite shower was dirty with black scum and the extractor fans were full of dirt and dust. The fire extinguisher had not been inspected since November 2010. The outside lighting did not work and they had no intention of fixing it, so dark it was impossible to walk out without a torch, very unsafe. Hamilton Island Holiday homes seem to have no power to fix any issues, either saying they would refer them to the owner or the body corporate (the lights were a know issue that was a major safety issue). Whilst the staff were polite they had no concept that the unit had safety issues and quality and maintenace issues that meant it should not have been leased out until it was repaired.

We had a great stay in Panorama 14. A three level self contained town house on the island. The package included golf buggy hire which was very handy.

広さと景色は十分。設備に難点あり…
貸別荘です。眺めはとてもよく、二人では十分すぎる広さでした。 ただ、テレビのリモコン、バスタブの栓、キッチンの換気扇が壊れており、島の共用Wi-Fiも利用出来なかったためクレームしました。（バスタブの栓以外は滞在中に解決せず） もっとも、最終日の飛行機のフライトまで自由にバギーを利用させて頂いたのは大変助かりました。

房间超大，厨房用具齐全，有免费高尔夫车，岛上出行很方便！
酒店的前台就在机场边上的一幢小房子。直接把行李放前台，有中文服务，告知岛上的详细路线及生活所需。在前台隔壁租车处领取免费的高尔夫车一辆，退房那天交还房间钥匙后车子还是可以继续用的。岛上租用高尔夫车的话可是要一天89澳刀。是公寓式分散的房间，自己开高尔夫车按照地图去找，分散式的公寓，私密性很好。是两层的独栋公寓，我们住的是楼上的。入住的是套房，两个房间，一个超级大的客厅，两个阳台，厨房里各种器具齐全，刀叉锅碗瓢盆微波炉冰箱，连洗碗机都有！在岛上住了四天，每天都可以自己开饭，岛上的餐馆都太难吃了，什么都是炸得干干的，不符合中国人的口味。阳台的电烤架也好用，可以去超市买点现成的腌肉来烤，要小心岛上的鹦鹉来袭。就是没有客房清洗服务，住的几天都是自己稍微打理，垃圾也要自己清理，到退房才会统一清洗，退房时厨房跟电烤架都是要自己清洗好的，不然会有罚款 。

It is a nightmare, I live Hamilton Island Holiday Homes for 4 night, but 3 night air-condition is broke ,the house temperature up to 30 , it is higher than the outside temperature. In the future I will tell my friends, don't stay in Hamilton Island Holiday Homes

值得入住
房间距离CATSEYE海滩比较远，但是酒店提供了免费的高尔夫球车，也还方便。 虽说WIFI是免费的，但是房间里完全没有WIFI信号。而且家具比较陈旧。

Spacious rooms
Great apartment with a nice view.Generous size rooms with all the necessary appliances.Could do with WiFi and Foxtel in the rooms.Comes with an electric buggy which is a must on the island . Recommend it to anyone wanting to have a quiet family holiday . Staff at the reception and the tour desk were polite and quick to respond as well.Overall we had a very pleasant holiday.
