Negative week in Rattana Residence @ Sakdidet :Phuket Thailand: BACKPACKER HEAVEN
To All you Travellers;
Arriving in Rattana residence @ Sakdidet, we were very tired from flying with 2-hour transport to the hotel residence.
First inspected the standard room, which I order through Expedia a twin room with extra bed.
I came with my family, my wife and my son.
They gave me was a double and a single bed. Later the staff let me to choose, and nothing came to my satisfaction. Then they gave me a large family room, the room got a living room and a bedroom. In that room again had a queen size bed and a single bed and above all the staff advised me to put a single bed, which will be too small. At the end I took 2 x twin rooms and paid for it. One of the rooms I have paid in advance to Expedia. No refund back.
Later the staff called me and told me that She under charge me by 500 Thai Bhatt. Please don’t be fooled with the rates, what they advertised on banners in front of the hotel and in the lobby are not the real rates.
That was part of that Negative I experienced. And there is MORE!!!!!!!!
• Expedia had promised me, and I as well called from Sydney the Staff of this residence, which I will get coffee and tea maker. They told me it would be no problem. Coming to the room NO Coffee & Tea maker not even a Kettle. Later they gave me a Kettle Only, I had to buy coffee or tea in the supermarket.
