숙박 객실 및 청결등의 상태는 가격 대비 좋으나 처음 가시는 분들이 묵으시기에는 적합치 않음 단 바이크 운전 시에는 상관 없으나 바이크 렌탈하는 곳도 시내에 한정되어 빌리기 아주 힘듬.

Laptop size safe, stable Internet and lovely staff
A great place to stay and very suitable to get a bigger room for remote workers. The lap top size safe, stable Internet and lovely staff makes it an extraordinary good value. The area is also lovely if you don't like to be among tourists. The best food is just found along this street. You need to get yourself a motorbike to have a great stay and explore the island.

Ok hotel staff very nice and helpful . Rooms ok clean . Tv Chanel’s have English movie and news also . Restaurant is closed at this time . But can order in . 7/11 close by and food street venders .

A great place to stay and work
Excellent value for money, great room and facilities. Fast WiFi so perfect for working too! Could be in a better location and closer to more bars/restaurants/attractions but all in all an excellent stay and perfect for what I needed.

Beware
Lovely hotel but nothing nearby. Cost me £50 a day to get to the local beach. Only a few local street food places to eat, not good being a dieabetic, no restaurant in hotel only breakfast but was very basic. Staff nice and helpful and pool was nice but on a main road. Booked here for 4 weeks, tried to get a refund for a week or two but hotels.com could not get in touch hotel so lost out all round

I was a solo traveler and did not speak the langue there and the manger had taken me to where I could eat food and she walked with me to the store so she could communicate with the people for me, Her and the whole staff were so wonderful and it made my stay there suburb. You could not wish for kinder souls and if I ever have to come back with work I will stay here again.

Sauber, zweckmässig eingerichtet, zimmer im hinteren teil des hotels is ruhig, vorne hört man sicher die hauptstrasse. Freier Blick über die stadt. Schöne Lobby und Gang. Lift vorhanden. Empfang war sehr freundlich und hat auch schnell ein günstiges taxi organisiert. Alles ok. Gutes Restaurant und 7-eleven gleich in der Nähe.

Gutes Hotel
Das Hotel ist eher ein Serviced Apartment Haus als ein Hotel. Aber es wird im Moment stark ausgebaut, und vielleicht ist es nach Vollendung ein Hotel - weiß ich nicht. Alles war gut: Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Funktion. Aber die Rezeption fand ich etwas schwach: Teilweise war es schwierig, mit einfachstem Englisch korrekte Infos zu bekommen. Mitunter war niemand an der Rezeption anwesend, aber ein Stapel Reisepässe lag z.B. offen auf dem Tresen. Oder ein ziemlich junger Rezeptionist saß völlig vertieft in sein Handy-Spiel, und ich musste deutlich auf mich aufmerksam machen, bis er gelangweilt aufblickte. Sowas halt ... Aber alles in allem für den Preis super :-)

Kein Hotel es ist eine Baustelle
Sehr laut.. Es ist unmöglich zu ruhe zu kommen. Das Personal kann kaum English. Dazu liegt das hotel sehr weit vom allem was in Phuket zu sehen ist.. Ich habe nach drei Tagen das hotel tauschen müssen.. Obwohl ich für 12 Tage bezahlt hatte.. Nicht zu empfehlen..

Very good place for the price!
Rattana residence was a very pleasant experience for my friend and I. The lady at the desk was one of the most friendly and helpful people we have met while in Thailand! The room was clean and spacious with free water. Overall I would give the hotel a great rating. The location is the only thing, it’s not perfect but we rented bicycles which was a good way for transportation to Phuket Town.

Very pleased with the stay
Superb hotel. At the time I stayed they were building a new coffee shop as part of the hotel but construction sounds were not a problem. Very respectful workers! The hotel staff were very friendly and helped me in many ways from scooter rental to replacing the key I snapped in the door! They always give sound advice and try to find the best value and quality version of whatever it is you need. I felt very welcome and relaxed there. The terrace area is a great place to watch the sun sink away with a view of the big Buda sat on the hill. Gym facilities were very good. Quite basic but enough for a full body workout used in the right ways. The room was kept very clean by the staff and the free bottles of water were a welcome addition. The local area has everything you need for a pleasant stay including a 7eleven which is just a 1 minute walk from the hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough to people first visiting Thailand. It has all the comforts of a modern hotel and a great location to adapt to the Thai lifestyle.

10日くらい泊まりました。初めてのプーケットだったので、何もわからないでクチコミで選んで予約したのですが、正解でした❗　南の方のビーチに行くには良い場所にあり、周辺にはコンビニや安く食事ができる小さな食堂がたくさんあります。ホテルの部屋は清潔です。従業員は普通に良い人たちです。プーケット中心部では立派なホテルやレストランで過ごせますが、安くて少し地元の雰囲気を楽しむ旅なら、とてもお薦めします。

Amazing value for money, friendly staff
Great stay here, amazing value for money with great staff and very cheap motorcycle hire which helped the poor location and very expensive price of taxi's (trying to sting tourists). very clean room and nice size, free water and great shower.

良いホテル
プーケットタウンやパトンビーチまでやや距離があるが、ローカルバスの駅がホテル前にあり、安くて(15バーツ)利用しやい。中心街じゃないおかげで、とても静かで物価もバンコク並みに安い。夕飯はホテル前の屋台をよく利用したが、安くて美味しかった。また、ホテルスタッフはじめ、屋台の店員さんもみんな素朴で優しい。ぼったくり蔓延のパトンビーチなどの観光客向けのエリアではまず考えられない良い環境だった。 ホテルの設備も比較的新しく、コンセプトもモダン風で、コストパフォーマンスが非常に高い。ただ、連泊中にベッドのシーツを毎日変えて欲しかった。あと、コインランドリーがないことが残念。 とても素敵な旅となりましたので、次回プーケットに行く際も利用したい。

Non si trova in un punto pratico per il mare.
La struttura diventa comoda dopo un giorno che ci si è ambientati, con l'uso di uno scuter si raggiungono tutte le parti di phuket. Questa posizione dell'hotel ci ha spronato a girare per goderci sia il mare che la vita a phukettawo centro. Il personale parla inglese, è disponibile e cordiale, ascensore veloce, la camera viene pulita sempre con il cambio dei teli ogni giorno, è dotata di w.f. e di climatizzatore. La struttura ha un taxi a disposizione e fornisce il noleggio di scuter.Vicino alla struttura si trova un mini market. La struttura offre nezzo litro d'acqua al giorno e frigo.

Très bruyant car situé près d'une route principale, nous avions réservé 3 nuit, nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule (avec la perte financière des 2 autres nuits). Isolé de tout. Le photos du site ne reflètent pas la réalité.

When we arrived we noticed that the hotel wasn't exactly like we pictured it from the photo's we saw online. The rooms were small, fridge smelt like "Durian" and the walls, bathroom shower, sink, flooring, and shower curtain were full of black mold. Cleaning crew showed up daily I guess to empty the trash can since their was a sign in the bathroom that said you "CANNOT FLUSH TOILET TISSUE DOWN TOILET". We were expected to throw away used toilet tissue in the trash can instead of flushing it. We asked about the fitness center they had listed on the website and found out that the Fitness Center was three pieces of outdated equipment from about thirty years ago parked on the roof of the hotel next to the so called dining area. Everything was out dated NOT maintained. The televisions were from the 80's and the WiFi dropped every few minutes. Room power would shut off for no reason. The bath towels were old and frayed and the beds felt like we were sleeping on wooden boards. Services were limited to NO services unless you need to print your boarding passes where they charged you for each sheet of paper and there were four of us staying there. If you needed an iron this was NOT the place for you. This experience has prepared my family and I for any upcoming missionary trips we plan to take to a 5th world country. The location wasn't great either. We spent a lot on locals posing as taxi drivers because NOTHING was within walking distance besides a 7Eleven store at the corner.

Very cute hotel!
Stopover stay! Was lovely little place very pleasant. No restaurant and gym is on the roof so very hot but ideal for the price. Location was out of the way but ideal for us as we were renting a motorbike to Cape Panwa, which took about 15 minutes.

Niedliches aber dünnwändiges Guesthouse in Chalong
Es war ein niedliches Zimmer. Leider hatte es sehr dünne Wände und man hat die Angestellten die halbe nacht sprechen hören. Für jemanden mit Jet Lag ist dieses Guesthouse deshalb nicht zu empfehlen. Die Motorradvermietung war super und Taustationen sind sehr nahe gelegen.

Remote Location
This hotel isnt bad - it doesnt have many amenities and the wifi in the room did not work. The problem is that it is so far away from anything you spend a fortune in taxi rides to all the tourist spots. I booked two rooms here but ended up only staying one... not worth it.

Negative week in Rattana Residence @ Sakdidet :Phuket Thailand: BACKPACKER HEAVEN To All you Travellers; Arriving in Rattana residence @ Sakdidet, we were very tired from flying with 2-hour transport to the hotel residence. First inspected the standard room, which I order through Expedia a twin room with extra bed. I came with my family, my wife and my son. They gave me was a double and a single bed. Later the staff let me to choose, and nothing came to my satisfaction. Then they gave me a large family room, the room got a living room and a bedroom. In that room again had a queen size bed and a single bed and above all the staff advised me to put a single bed, which will be too small. At the end I took 2 x twin rooms and paid for it. One of the rooms I have paid in advance to Expedia. No refund back. Later the staff called me and told me that She under charge me by 500 Thai Bhatt. Please don’t be fooled with the rates, what they advertised on banners in front of the hotel and in the lobby are not the real rates. That was part of that Negative I experienced. And there is MORE!!!!!!!! • Expedia had promised me, and I as well called from Sydney the Staff of this residence, which I will get coffee and tea maker. They told me it would be no problem. Coming to the room NO Coffee & Tea maker not even a Kettle. Later they gave me a Kettle Only, I had to buy coffee or tea in the supermarket. If needed more comment, I will provide as there where limited characters to write. Please ask
