For the low cost the property was still not worth staying there. Staff were rude.

Female staff very rude. Asked for toilet paper and she said go buy your own. The toilet paper had 140 sheets per roll. There were 3 adults, we finished a roll in one day and they told us with a attitude just one roll a day and go buy your own.

The property is very quiet I like the fact they have vending machines the office is always open I don’t like the fact men are out in the parking lot

Happy but not happy!
Room was nice and cool upon my arrival and throughout the two nights I stayed! The one thing I did not like was the fact that some lady took it upon here self to open my room door peek her head inside and then closed the door. Was she looking to rob me?

I was never able to check in. The receptionist had a line of 8 customers and i waited a hour just to be turned away due to circumstances out of my control. I need to be refunded.

Apparently marijuana is allowed in rooms
Was arriving after midnight and let the hotel know I would be in late, the front desk did understand, but not the most friendly folk- something to note if that bothers you. The room i stayed reaked of marijuana! Very off putting, but i was so tired i didn't notify front desk. The bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure with hot water. The furnishings looked scuffed up, so I'm thinking some shady folks stay here. The property was fairly noisy, so not the best place for light sleepers

Charged No Show Fee
The room was dirty upon arrival. Towels were on the floor, trash on counter tops & the bed wasn't made. I was also charged a No Show fee even though I actually stayed! I went back & forth between the people on site & customer service in an attempt to get my money back, but was denied.

A poor value. The room stunk of cigarettes smoke, had cigarette burn marks on the bath tube with zero amenities. A disgusting property.

Cost of room for the comfort was good. The only problem was there was a leak from the tub or something that had water in the bathroom floor. Parking was plentiful and accommodating for a trailer which I was pulling

Homeless encampment present
The bottom of the bath tub was cracked… really cracked where water just leaked through underneath of the tub. There were homeless tenants who resided in a few units. They didn’t bother. But their broken down cars where parked next to mine; one unit were decorated with all of the items that came out of a homeless shopping cart. We were just weary every time our dogged barked as people weee walking around this hotel all night and early morning.

Just say no to this OYO!
Wichita Falls, TX When checking in, the woman at the counter asked me to wait 10 min because she just started her shift and needed to get set up. It was midnight! We were exhausted! The room was dirty, towels dingy and worn, sheets and whole room smelled like cigarette smoke, roach in bathroom, noisy area.

Great price for a decent room. Not in a shady part of town either so i would definitely stay here again. My only issue were the EXTREMELY dirty filters in the A/C but they're easy to rinse off and most places don't clean them either

Horrible customer service
The manager of the hotel has horrible customer service skills. He gave me attitude cuz i had a female friend come over and she took a shower so how he even knew she took a shower is beyond me, but he gave me even more attitude because i had a friend come over and he hung out with his lady for 3 to 4 hours. He says that he doesnt want anyone hanging out for more than 20 minutes like noone has friends that they actually like being around, i feel bad thinking about how lonely his life must be. Why would a manager watch his tenants so closely that it feels like your being violated and then harass them about having a couple friends hang out and 1 girl that happened to take a shower in a room that i was paying for? He even had the audacity to ask me if i paid his water bill cuz she used water during her shower that maybe took 20-30 minutes. I pay for the room so yes i pay his water bill, as a matter of fact if it wasnt for customers he wouldnt be able to pay his bills. I have never felt so disrespected by anyone in my life. I am a rly happy person that is goofy as hell so i make it a goal to put as many smiles as i can on peoples faces. Even trying to crack jokes about the situation didnt change anything about this mans attitude. Please avoid this place if u really want to be able to have a good time and have a relaxing and nice environment to escape to.

0/5 stars, I offered multiple forms of ID and was still refused entry to my room. Therefore canceled and had to look elsewhere, massive waste of time.

Cheap, right off interstate. Front desk was not quick to help you upon check in. Stood there for awhile , while they were in the office I guess not noticing a customer. Beds were hard, and sag to middle. We stopped after late night of driving for a quick few hours of sleep till we would leave very early again the next morning. Checked in around 9pm, went to be to only be woke up at 11:30-4am with drunk loud several people . Several different parties not Curtious of others in rooms,yelling, swearing, beeping car horns etc. if you are looking for restful sleep this was not the place to stop

Good hotel for the money and I’ll be back
Very nice and comfortable considering the other hotels charging $150 plus per night and this one was one third that cost and was actually cleaner, better bed and staff were very nice. I stay in hotels frequently and was worried taking a chance here but I was very happy everything was better than the other hotels I’ve stayed in Wichita Falls before. Obviously there is a second floor and if you cannot do stairs I recommend you call in advance to reserve downstairs if it’s a busy time. Luckily I was downstairs and I parked directly in front of my door.
