Hotel has been advertised as Best Western though ownership has changed and not indicated on website. Pool is out of service, breakfast is very limited (almost serve like nothing), rooms are in very bad conditions ( carpet peeling off at many places, broken closets, washroom door doesn’t lock, main door lock has been tampered etc.). We paid more money considering it’s BW but standards are very low.

Just to start the advertising is false. There is no breakfast, no wifi and the pool was closed because it was found unsafe. The building in its self stunk and was dirty. All the trash cans were over flowing. None of the smoke detectors had covers on them and some were even covered with a plastic bag. In the elevator the emergency call was turned to off. It says no smoking is allowed but it smelled so bad of cigarettes. Now to the rooms. The first room we were given the beds were dirty, there was trash in the trash can, and the toilet was broke. When I went down stairs to complain the manager admitted that they had not had any house keeping in 3 days. My brothers room when he arrived still had multiple empty beer cans and drugs in his room. When we asked for a refund we were told no. I would not recommend this place

We do however offer a continental breakfast for the time being which will soon be hot breakfast, we do offer FREE Wi-Fi, we may have been having technical difficulties during your stay but that is something we do offer. Our pool is closed due to maintenance, in which we are diligently working to get open. We sure do hope you give us another chance in the future, safe travels!

I did not stay. We saw the filthy condition everywhere, many room doors damaged as if they had been broke into or attempted to be broken into, and asked for a refund. The assistant manager gave me a receipt for a refund with her initials. She said to contact expedia and you would call her for a refund approval and she would approve it. Expedia should remove this hotel until it cleans up it's entire operation.

This hotel was dirty and disgusting. TV’s didn’t work anywhere in the hotel. No breakfast even though it was promised. Thought it may have been a Best Western but clearly was NOT! Best Western should make them take the signs off the property

We had to change rooms like 3 times. My first room had the floors stained the couch stained and the bedsheets stained too. My mother’s room didnt have a working fridge and barely any running water. The second room I got was good and stayed there but my mother’s other room, the door did not lock once you closed the door. The new room she got was good afterwards. Also they don’t have the pools open the whole time but that’s just me being picky.

No breakfast, had to stay next to a couple who were smoking cigarettes in the room and no one downstairs cared. Even at 6am fire alarms were going off because of them smoking. I’m 9 months pregnant and had to ingest second hand smoke because staff wouldn’t put us in another room.

Indoor pool was closed . Pool heater didn't work. The one thing we got this room for. Had to ask for towels. We haven't had the breakfast yet.

Not the best, not the worst.
We stayed here because it was inexpensive but it wasn't great. The door to the room looked as if it had been broken into, the lamp didn't turn off, and the alarm kept going off because someone was smoking Marijuana in the elevator.

This place and the staff were terrible. Couldn't wait to leave unorganized dirty and very unprofessional staff that work there this place is absolutely a dump needs to be taken off the available hotels I will never go to hotel.com again was overcharged.

I prepaid for a double bed and got a king bed instead.I was given a key to a wrong room I was told 421 so when I open it someone is already in room.thank God we didn’t get shot at!! So I go back down and now told 425 so go back up and still doesn’t work.So an employee himself comes to open still don’t work so he turns around and opens 426.He walks in and says ok this is your room.Also room is non smoking but all of floor smells like marijauna.There is no breakfast either and no one at front counter.Other guest say to call front counter dial 0 and we get back to room and no phone either in room.No telling how long no one was not in office so very unsafe! I rang the bell repeatedly to ask where the breakfast was at nobody came to front! I and many other guest waited at least an hour and nobody came to get breakfast ready or came to front desk!! So we go back up to get our things to leave I then decided to call office from my phone and someone finally answered at 8:10 a.m I was told that they have no food to make for breakfast and owners are aware of the problem a couple of days now and have yet to provide what they need to make breakfast!! The worst hotel to stay at!!! Another problem 4th floor is not a floor to put any guest at it’s the dirtiest floor ever- carpet so dirty walls are filthy— etc! I could go on and on but I think I’ve Mede it clear this hotel does not need to stay open for business!

Main lobbis is ok but rooms are nasty stains on couches and carpet..As soon as you walk out elevator and see hallway carpet you'll see what you booked..not recommended and won't stay again..

Not our best stay here.
Returning from the casino at 2 AM, we were met by the Police in the lobby because the Hotel staff had disappeared. I hope nothing bad had happened to them. The shower in our room 421 had spotted, greasy stains all around the drain and the side of tub. We did not shower that morning. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

NO FRONT DESK CLERK
We checked into the hotel at 4pm. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean but not fully stocked. No wash rags, no toiletries. Left until 1am. When we arrived back our key cards would not work. Person at front desk said he was going to go get his mother to show him how to rekey the cards. We waited until almost 5am to get into our room. The guy never came back. We had to call the local police department to come find someone to let us in our room. Was a HORRIBLE experience. I will recommend everyone to NOT stay here.

Noisy heater
Husband wasn’t feeling well and took medicine and passed out . I was going to watch tv but it never would receive signal . Then there was a screeching noise coming from heater when it would kick on. So bad that it woke my husband up. I called front desk to let them know they did offer to put us in a different room but it being 2:00 am we neither one wanted to switch rooms. Told the young man we would not use the heater and he suggested to turn to fan for a quieter sleep. It wasn’t much better!! Totally bad night of sleep.

Not so happy at The Blue
We did not get the room we reserved. The first room they gave me was a double Queen standard room. I had reserved a king suite. When going back to the front desk and telling them I did not get the room I reserved I was informed the room was unavailable because the air conditioner was broken. That was understandable and they put me in a deluxe king. When we got into the room, the microwave had not been cleaned, the refrigerator had not been cleaned, there was water bottle behind the TV, the sink in the bathroom had not been cleaned and had to reprogram the TV. The back door of the hotel was supposed to be key entry only. The door was left open all night, you did not have to have a key to get in. The security of the building was not all that.We were tired from traveling and did not want to switch rooms again. The sheets on the bed had been changed so we decided to go ahead and stay since it was just for one night. I would stay here again because of the convenience. However, if we do stay again we will check the room before we bring up our luggage.

When we checked in we had to wait for the hotel staff to finish her visit in the living room area with her friends before we could get our room keys. We checked out the indoor pool while we were waiting and was told it was closed because the heater wasn't working. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel so the kids could swim. We found the room to be unclean. There was a blue towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. All other hotel towels were white. We also found a loofah in the shower that didn't belong to us. There was a partial roll of toilet paper and no replacement. When I tried to use the shower half of the water came out of the lower faucet and half of the water came out of the shower head so there was no pressure. The second day we were there we went downstairs to find only 1 rock hard waffle left for breakfast. There was only one hotel staff waiting on the front desk and cooking. So we had to go out for breakfast. The staff that day was pleasant and helpful though, supplying us with more needed toilet paper. Once we returned that night we found that neither of our room keys were working. I went back downstairs to find another hotel guest having the same problem and to have the hotel staff tell him that he must have put the hotel key too close to his cell phone. I quickly explained that this issue was on them because I have the same issue with both keys and both were kept away from our phones and in separate locations. WIll not return.

Nice option for travel stop
The first room we were given had a non-working lock. The door could be opened without a key. The clerk at the desk did not remember us checking in 15 minutes earlier and had a difficult time understanding what our problem was. When we finally got a new room, the room was clean and comfortable.

Well now what
I paid for the deluxe room. The curtains didn’t close. There was black marks on the pillow cases and the sheets. No water pressure in the sink and the shower did not even work. They let me use a shower in another room but I should not have had to do that. The breakfast was frozen waffles not even cooked cold sausage and the code was just water with a little brown coloring. Last time lower rated room was nice this time yuk and I paid for more expensive room and higher rated room

Don’t eat the breakfast here!
I have stayed here many times for many years with family and friends. We always chose this place because of the proximity and of course the breakfast was always great. I can not say that anymore. The breakfast was the worst I have ever experience ever. It’s all prefabricated frozen foods now. Very disappointing. I had to take the kids and other people in the party with us to a restaurant to eat. That’s how terrible the breakfast was. The staff was very kind. The place was very clean. I have never complained before. But someone else needs to know about this. If this remains the new normal then we will all look for different accommodation in the future.

Stay in Wichita Falls! This hotel was the worst on all levels. Showed up with family in tow and had reserved the suite. Once we showed up though we were given a standard room and was told no other rooms were available. The halls reeked of the Devil’s cabbage and brewskis. Great if you’re a frat bro not so much for family. In the room TV was broke, refrigerator was broke, shower head flew off, and the toilet ran all night. Won’t be back!

We were put in a room where the TV didn't work and we had to ask for another room when we found the front clerk, because we waited and rang the bell for about 15 minutes before we could get someone to help us, then we were given two room keys and one didn't work and we had to wait till we went back to the room later in the evening because we couldn't find the clerk again.

Bedbugs!!!!
DONT DO IT!!! Bedbugs. When you pull up the name on the building is Best Western and The Blue! First thing I always do when I stay at hotels is check for bedbugs. Sheets was dirty and dead bedbug on bed and a smashed dead bedbug on wall with dried blood coming from it
