I was happy to have such a quiet place to rest. The staff were very helpful in getting checked in and out the next morning. Everyone was friendly. I will stay there again in the future.

I booked it, paid for it, when I got there they were not open to the public and still haven’t received my refund on the room I never saw! It’s been exactly 16 days! No refund in sight!!!! I’m one pissed consumer!!!!

Perhaps one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. When I was initially given the key card to our room, I was told to make sure that I returned the card in the morning as it was the only card they had for that room—never seen a magnetic key card with a room number on it. It turned out the key card didn't work, so the front desk person had to open the door each time we went in or out with a master key. I should say the room was clean but in need of upkeep (e.g. torn carpet). I won't even talk about the breakfast as I was put off by mould on the muffins. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Spend the extra $ to go anywhere else
Creepily vacant, I think we saw all of 4-5 people during our 5 day stay, staff included 😅 They say “pet friendly” but it’s only for dogs under 20lb. Breakfast was laughable, but I guess I can’t blame them if they have no guests. The side exit door was locked on occasion, as in you can’t exit there and have to go through the main lobby. Pretty sure that violates fire code. Thank goodness the place didn’t catch on fire and have us locked inside 😅👎

Only stayed one night. Room was clean Hotel was clean. Beds were firm but comfortable. Breakfast was minimal. Overall a pleasant stay. Would stay again!

Dingy, not well maintained. Lamp in room missing a lightbulb, leaky tub faucet, bubbling paint and overall below average rooms. Exterior in such poor condition it almost looks abandoned.

The good: the bathtub and bathroom floor looked very clean. The sheets smelled and looked clean. The bad: the lobby and hallways reeked of stale Indian food. Tacky plastic flowers all over the lobby. The check in desk window was glass covered and there were about twenty printed signs posted all over explaining various stay requirements and other things such as “no pool” (as far as I could tell it was empty). In the shower, there had obviously been numerous curtain rods at various times, and none of the holes had been filled. The first ring/hole of the shower curtain was torn off, and the curtain was a foot too long so you had to stand on it while showering. I tried to solve this by lifting some of the excess fabric off the shower floor after it was wet, which backfired cause that caused a puddle on the bathroom floor. The bedroom carpet was sticky it was so dirty. Our room had a door to the outside and on the inside as well. There was a pile of dead bugs inside the outside door. Gross. this is my own fault cause I spent little time researching and just picked by location. Would have been better to go to the holiday inn across the street.

Staff was nice enough. The area isn't terrible but it's not exactly nice. The building looked a little rough on the outside and dingy on the inside. The continental breakfast was exceedingly lacking. The room was ok except for the broken chair that my toddler fell out of and hurt his head and neck. Again the staff was nice enough and offered a refund. Overall, I'm not sure why anyone would pay 100 bucks a night for this particular hotel. Wouldn't ever stay there again

Checking in was fine. Night clerk very nice. The room seemed to be clean and linens were fine. The security locks did not work in the room. In morning we went to get breakfast. There were 2 other guests in there. No plates to be found. The cheese omlettes were cold and a note to heat up in microwave. The other guest there knocked on the door to office to ask for plates. An old man that had been waken due to knocking and couldn't understand english answered. He went back in office then came out to look in all cupboards we looked in for plates. At that point we decided to forget the breakfast. There were signs around breakfast room about being kind to employees, disinfect hands before using coffee and juice machines. Then one that said if you dont pay for your bottle of water you will be charged for the whole case! Spelling and grammatical errors. Will never go back.

This property is super close to the Kansas Turnpike exit south of town About a 5 min drive to downtown. Nice room, plenty of places adjacent to walk my dog. Clean and quiet if you get a room in front, away from the turnpike.

The owner has to unlock my door every time I needed to get into my room. Outdated decor and worn but clean. Bed was okay. Hairdryer was smashed. A little pride with the owner to fix things is needed.

The smell was foul, we werent given key cards to our room, they had to use the master key every time to let us in our room. The breakfast was very limited and what was there was not edible. We checked out after 1 night and still had to pay for 2 nights

No heat at home but a cozy room we found.
It was late in the evening and my wife wasn't feeling well. Our clerk checked us in quickly and made changes when we asked her for a first floor room. She made sure to point out where to get ice, soft drinks and snacks to make our evening more comfortable. We will stay again.

So dirty that we should have switched hotels!
First room had a broken lock on the door. Switched to a different room that had a huge stain that looked like blood on the mattress. So the third room we were switched to had torn shower curtain, dirty tub & dirty wash clothes. It was so dirty we didn’t take a shower there!

Not what was advertised
The hotel was run down and dirty. It was not at the level that was presented online. There were stains on the couch and floor, the shower curtain rod was coming off the wall, and wires were sticking out of the ac unit. At breakfast there were four store bought mini cinnamon rolls, toast, and some cereal. Again, not what was advertised when booking the room. The staff was pleasant enough but it was very clear people often check out early as there were no questions asked when I did so.

It was Ok for an inexpensive night, but it is very close to the toll booths on the interstate. There was truck noise. Breakfast was meager, and disorganized, and the staff didn't help.

Did not like anything. Outside bldg needed repairs-broken A/C units, downspouts laying around bldg. Trash, litter around bldgand area-not picked up for months. Bugs (i.e. roaches) in room. TV worked haphazrdly. No breakfast-only instant oatmeal, banana, packaged sweet roll (nothing like Days Inn advertises). Only 2 other rooms rented; other hotels in area were very busy, so that was another indication.

The toilet was completely broken and kept stopping. The bed creaked. Breakfast was entirely sweet--maple and brown sugar oatmeal only, cinnamon rolls, raisin and cinnamon bread and sugary cold cereals. The attendants were nice.

Horrible!
This place is terrible and the customer service is awful. I was put in two smoking rooms when I requested non smoking, there were cockroaches in the bathtub, and the main light to the room didn’t work. I went to the front desk 3 times and asked for a refund because it was disgusting. The lady at the front desk was rude, charged my card when she told me she would process my refund, and when I called back I was told everything’s broken and they can’t help me with a refund. This is the worst place I’ve ever booked! Will NOT return.

the bathroom toilet had wrong size seat, it was was to small for size of the bowl. water not very hot, traffic was loud. the room was comfortable and clean.
