Desk was very impatient and pushy, carpets and walls badly torn up, microwave waiting to explode. People roaming and knocking on our at all hours of night felt like being in the slums!! Would not recommend to anyone we know!

Wow! Totally not what i expected. The carpet was threadbare and the tackstrips were sticking up. The shower had some weird brown stains in the bottom. The patio door was cracked. The room door was hard to get latched. Closet door were off the track. All the furniture was stained and torn. Extremely disappointing.

Room smelled of sewer. Got all my things in for a a 2 night stay freezing out on 2nd floor. Lay down on bed. Bugs I killed one Gathered all my things took bug to front desk and told them of smell. No refund no refund moved me to different room upstairs smell better no bugs. TVs didn’t work ran out hot water in tub kitchen faucet turn it on water everywhere. Carpet drapes everything out dated and in need of repair. Up stairs toilet didn’t flush one tiny trash can in bathroom went to get free breakfast in am guy jumped out of car ran toward us has a visible poster gun pulled up a picture of a girl. From Facebook wanted to know if we had seen her no, I said he said he’s a fugitive from the law and she’s your neighbor. What do you want me to do? Oh nothing I’m going to get her. We continued on for breakfast. That was hard biscuits that you could not even Tear A Part cold eggs ect. Went back to room and wanting to check out however already paid for tonight and the security deposit so I have to stay. But we left for the day just out of fear came back, said afternoon to maintenance, banging outside her room fixing something my granddaughter had a friend over and the front desk accuse me of having a party.had to get the keys re-done several times because it wouldn’t work I go to check out at10:45 I did not get my security deposit back because they accuse me of smoking in room ashes on floor I carried my ashtray in room not to throw buts on ground nightmare

Bad stay
Stayed here 10 years ago and it was really nice, clean and comfortable. Went to room and it wasn’t very clean and TV didn’t work. Changed rooms a little better but way out dated. Bed was not comfortable and a little TV. Would not stay there again!!!

As we pulled up to property it looked ok in the front, got back to our room and went totally downhill. Numerous questionable looking people hanging out in parking lot, dropping off what looked to be ladies of the night. Appeared to be other questionable activity going on as well the police department would be interested in. So we did not stay. Went back to turn in key and request refund and the gentleman working the counter said his general manager would have to authorize that refund. This was on 8-5-23 as of 8-11-23, no refund issued. Doubt ill ever see that. Sure it was funneled overseas somewhere. Property is extremely dirty past front roadside with trash and debris. (Do not let the front full you in thinking its not that bad) just dont stay here. Horrible property. I seriously doubt Wyndham properties ever site surveys because this place is Horrible. Save yourself the time and bypass this property all together.

The place is old. It used to be a Residence Inn years ago and still has the same old mattresses and furnishings in it. They are way over priced for what you get. Also its not very accessible to get into. You only have access from one direction of the street. No sign or anything. If you don't know where the driveway is you can miss it, especially if you are from out of town

Needs updated!!
Dated and under construction in some areas. Although it has a full kitchen, no pots, pans, silverware or dishes are provided. Cut my foot on a carpet nail. Burn marks all over, although it's a no smoking room. Parking lot is filthy and big pot holes. We managed and it was quiet, great proximity to restaurants and shopping.

Upon arrival the place was worn down and not kept up. The room smelled bad and the apartments, not motel or hotel style at all, was in need of repair and a good cleaning. It smelled bad that I couldn’t take my kids there and got a refund.

Memorial Day weekend stay
The service at the front desk was great as far as the checking in process. However, once we got to the room, it was not worth the 366.00 that was paid. There were LOTS of west and tear in the furniture, walls, kitchen, and bathroom. There were spaghetti and leaves on top of the fridge and stuck to the wall. Unfortunately, this was literally the only option this past weekend, due to tournaments and the holiday weekend, otherwise we would’ve have asked for a refund and went elsewhere. I would not recommend this property until a full Reno is completed.

Could be worse
Barely average. If it wasn't one of the cheapest in the area, i would of freaked. Old, not well maintained walking up the steps and landing is a fun gamble, are you going to make it, or go through?.. cigarette burns in carpet. Bring 100 cash for room deposit, and plan on waiting for them to check room. Or use card and plan on a week for your money back. (They say 3-6 business days,, thier sign says 10-15). Overall if money is tight, this isn't terrible. Rooms are big with a kitchenette and pull out couch

The room was pretty disgusting. Paint chipped out of walls. Gross frayed and holes in carpet. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. It was pretty bad. We stayed there a few years back and it was not as bad. Will not ever stay there again. Unsafe and very run down. Whole chicken bone just lying there in between the buildings on the sidewalk. Trash everywhere. Sketchy people all over. Could not sleep because it sounded like elephants above us all night.

Not sure the place had been cleaned for a few weeks. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed at all…dirt and debris all over it. There was blood on the walls. Dirt was everywhere, including the walls. It was obvious that the owners either don’t care or are completely oblivious to how this place is being run. So gross!

The room was dirty. There was mold growing in the ceiling in the bathroom. The area outside was trash littered. I think there were 2 sumo wrestlers marching back and forth in the room above me. There were no plastic glasses or other kinds of simple amenities. There isn’t a single redeeming quality about this hotel. The front desk person asked for $100 in cash in lieu of a credit card hold, which was weird. I want my money back.

Old and in need of major upgrades.
This property is in desperate need of an upgrade. The whole facility is old and worn. The wooden stairs and deck to my 2nd floor room are getting soft and the design in not user friendly for anyone with rolling luggage. The carpet in the room was worn and frayed at the thresholds. No TV in the bedroom. Way overpriced for the quality of the room and the 100% deposit that will now take up to 6 days to roll off my card seems excessive for a prepaid reservation.

This property was trashy and disgusting. The door was really really hard to open from the inside which is a HUGE fire violation. I must have chosen the wrong place and unfortunately I couldn’t cancel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NASTY PLACE TO ANYONE. NEVER AGAIN. Expedia should take the “3star hotel” off their list of choices.

Love the fireplace, but the damper wanted to open by itself. Also the floor needed sweeping and some grout issues around tub. Staff was very nice.

The room hadn’t been cleaned in months. The heat wasn’t working in the room as well. We attempted to use the fireplace to get warm and the entire unit filled with smoke no option to use a functional fan. The full kitchen has no utensils and there was one trash can in the kitchen for a 2 bdrm outside of the 2 small ones in the bathrooms! I like the space but the units are old!

Bed bug infested and disgusting place!
Beware!!!! This place is crawling with bed bugs!!!! We had only been there for 30 min when these bugs started to come out of everywhere!!! The clerk did not care about the issue and was not helpful at all. No expresion or concern at all. In other words not surprised this issue came up, NEXT!!!

DO NOT STAY! I can’t believe this is a Wyndham property! The building is run down and in disrepair. Wooden staircase was rickety and unstable, badly in need of repair and stain. We checked in late at night. All room entrances are external. On our walk to our room we saw used appliances in the grass, two vehicles on blocks with no wheels. There were people hanging out on the side of the building and we did not feel safe (I won’t go into the reasons why but concerns were legit). We entered our room and determined we could not stay. The room was tidy but certainly not clean. Carpet was stained and dirty. Mold in the shower and tub, mold on the shower curtain and water spout in the tub. It appears this property is run more like an apartment complex- people seem to live there. Piles of garbage bags outside our room with about 8 pairs of shoes. I started to take pictures but felt threatened by the people hanging out in courtyard. Went to tell manager we would not be staying - refused to refund our money. Went to nearby hotel and ironically other people were checking in and mentioned they left the Wyndham because it was run down and they didn’t feel safe.

Outside part of this property is in poor condition. Interior was very clean. There were no kitchen utensils, pots, pans in the kitchen. The internet was a joke, the best was around 7 MBPS and the worst .4.
