Water pressure in shower was horrible and had to let hot water run at least 10 mins before it was a decent temp to take a shower. Couldn’t get Tv in room to work most of stay. Otherwise this place a very nice

Spacious room. Impressed with the full size refrigerator. Kitchenette was good. Easy access. Staff was friendly.

I felt safe at all times as you cannot get in, not even through the front door without a key card. There was little to no noise even with a tavern and steakhouse basically in the same parking lot. I will be staying there again.

The smell was overwhelming. I asked for a non-smoking room, and was told the entire hotel was non-smoking. I wish I had moved to another hotel, because the smell kept me awake all night. In the morning, the smell was different. I realized that perhaps the odor was from people cooking in their rooms. The water was barely warm enough to shower. If not for these two problems, it would have been a nice place.

I like having a suite. I have stayed here several times. I have always had a great suite with a living area with a couch so I was really disappointed when we got to the room and there was only a single chair to sit in and the suite was a lot smaller than my previous ones. Everything else was great as it normally is. I also like that there is a great option for food without having to drive somewhere.

After being in our room for 20 minutes, there was some type of cleaning product or air freshener that caused my 18 mo old granddaughter's eyes and mine to turn red and start swelling. We removed our items and checked out of the hotel, advising the front desk staff of the situation. The clerk suggested we contact the hotel the next day to discuss any possibility of a refund, and after two email attempts, I have heard nothing from the hotel. I would have at least appreciated a call or return email even if they were unwilling to offer a refund.

Hotel was nice, but the parking lot is not safe.
I like the hotel and they have true onebedroom suites. Everything was clean and updated, but the parking lot is not safe and they do not have cameras. My car was damaged/vandilized overnight. It was most likely done by a fellow customer(s), but there is now way to know for sure.

Clean and very spacious
Our stay was amazing, we had a two bedroom suite and had 6 kids with us and the space was awesome! Even my kids commented on how great our suite was!

Bath mat needed
We were not in side hotel alot, but it was very nice. We are both seniors with bad legs and the shower space felt a bit unsafe. No non-slip items in bottom of tub. Very slippery. We bought a mat to put in it

DON'T STAY HERE! Run away!
This hotel has been one of the WORST! We stayed one night and when we went to load my truck in the morning, it had been BROKEN INTO amd we were robbed! Ours was not the only vehicle broken into and robbed. At least 3 others had this happen last night. DON'T stay here! Call me a liar, Candlewood... I'm sitting here at a wi dow and tire place PAYING for a new window!

The property is nice because all of the rooms are suites. Full-size fridge, great air conditioning. The hotel is right next door to one of the most famous steakhouses in Kansas. I would have rated this higher but we did reserve a king bed and we got a queen. It was disappointing.

Excellent!
I really liked this place. The layout of the room and the full kitchen served us really well for our one-week stay. The laundromat is free to use and that is such a nice amenity. We are at a camp so we needed to use it. (45 mins to wash and 45 mins to dry, heads up.) There is a small convenience store at the hotel to pick up anything you forgot. Also Dillons (Kroger) is very close by. The outdoor pool and hot tub are open till 10:00 pm. Yay! Parking is convenient and there are multiple entrances to make it easy to load and unload.
