Indoor pools are not heated to “hot tub” temperatures; alternatively, they are heated to a certain degree to meet health and hygiene standards. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for some of the issues you experienced, but also address some of the complaints you mentioned.Firstly, we share a zip code with Newport, KY, and sometimes our address shows up as such. Unfortunately, despite numerous efforts on my part personally, we are unable to get this changed as Google determines the address listed due to GoogleMaps, not the business. Secondly, one of the issues you may experience when booking with a third party is that reservation may not be communicated from the third party's server to our reservation department. I always recommend calling the property directly when you book with a third party site to ensure your reservation went through as this is an oversight on their part, not the hotel's.
