Muito bem localizada, preço justo, proprietário muito atencioso, Morena que faz a assistência do quarto muito gentil. Possui uma mini cozinha com um cooktop de indução, pia, geladeira e utensílios. Fora do quarto possui um microondas compartilhado.

What I like about the hitel, is that the staff checked in with me and also was very much friendly. They gave me their whatsapp information where they were available 24 to my needs.

Pænt, ordentligt og basic
Rent og ordentlig sted. Faciliteterne var alle af nyere dato. Stedet er dog meget basic. Der er en elkedel og en håndvask og det et så det. Vi måtte ud og købe kniv og gaffel og 2 kopper. Til gengæld er sikkerheden go - i det ellers lidt hårde kvarter.

Dear Philip Thank you for review. It is a pity that you had to buy knife, fork and cups yourself, while there is cutlery in the kitchen of the hotel on the ground floor. This is a shared kitchen that all our guest can use. We indeed prioritize the safety of our guests. Thank you for emphasizing this. However, we should note that since we are located here, nothing out of the order has ever happened in the neighborhood of the hotel. Regards Rose

SKETCHY Place...May wanna keep looking
So, the listing states that transportation is provided. WRONG! I had to spend $60/day for a rental car instead. The place is like a prison. You need a key to open every door. Not a card key, but a jailers key. And multiple keys needed for different doors. You will feel like a security guard or a janitor , instead of a guest, by the the time that you leave. Parking is a joke! The three spots will be used up by two inconsiderate guests that don't know what the lines in the parking area are for. Windows dont close because they are missing the wedges that pull them tight, so expect LOTS of motorcycle noises. Located on a main street, with no regards to sleeping tourists. 50 cents per window to fix, but they haven't done it. Very disappointed. Small, cramped rooms. TV doesn't get many channels, and the ones that you do get, change languages per show, SKETCHY neighborhood. I have many weeks of business here in the future, but will not be booking this place.

On the website it’s stated that airport transportation is available at a surcharge and not free of charge like you have stated. The taxi charges 30 usd for the airport pick up. In order for us to arrange the airport pick up we will need to know your flight number and arrival time. Without this information we are unable to arrange an airport pick up for you. The neigbourhood is not sketchy but we are situated in otrobanda a Unesco world heritage historical cite. Most building are from the 18th century. The safety of our guests and staff is always our top priority. The room opens with a card system and we have one key that open every door downstairs. We will look at the complaints you made about the room windows and we will work to solve them. Thanks for being a critical customer and for sharing your thoughts with us. Sincerely .

The staff was very friendly and hospitable, and the channel options nice, but the room was not like the pictures shown online. Fungus on the ceiling in the washroom, funky smelling washroom, a wastebasket that had not been cleaned properly. Dirty fridgedoor, cutlery and kitchenware rather grimey. Broken doorknobs. dangerous step in the room. The room and location is not baby friendly. Odd and also dangerous entrance to the property. Barely any parkingspots available. Noisy neighbourhood. All in all not much of "suites" feeling to the experience.

The step in the room is indicated with a yellow and black indicator. The door that you have used is not the entrance but the exit to the parking space. On the website we have stated that there is limited parking space and that you have reserve your parking spac in advance. Pleasant surprise
3 60-something adults rented a room for one night. Although the area seems a little rough we actually felt very safe. It was very quiet at night. There was a separate private kitchen. The beds were good. A/c worked great. Off street free parking. We were very pleased with everything Friendly staff. Overall great place for the cost. We would stay again.

Thank you for your nice review. The area is not rough but is the Oldest part of Curacao. One of six UNESCO world heritage sites in the Caribbean.

Budget Hotel with Basic Amenities
I stayed at this hotel during Labor Day weekend 2018. The hotel is actually a converted house/apartment building and has about six or seven different units within it . I specifically state in the one that has a king bed and a kitchenette. Overall the room was pleasant, quiet and the floors were clean. Bathroom was functional and clean as well . What I didn’t like was that they didn’t provide any soap or shampoo besides the dishwashing soap near the kitchen sink. I also had some trouble with the room safe. But they bought a replacement one so it was a minor issue. Finally I would say that the only problem with the air conditioning is that it’s directly underneath the bed so the air is blowing straight at you as you’re sleeping and you can start to feel really really cold. Also be advised that the maid on duty does not speak any English. You should definitely get a rental car because this place is located in the middle of the residential neighborhood. Nevertheless, I was pleased with my stay and I would recommend this place to anyone who has a budget and is looking to maximize their dollar.

The room is spacious, just the bathroom is sort of small but not like you're spending much time in it anyway. The male front desk makes you feel so at ease that you feel at home. Highly recommended if on a budget!

Comforty: rooms have fridge, tv & kitchen sink. Some have microwave, separate toilet from shower & sofas. There is a general kitchen if needed Safety: very safe two lock gates to enter, gates lock automatic when push close Cleaniness: cleaner cleans during week days. She makes bed but dont change sheet (I stayed for 7 days), sweep, mop & throw garbage. She comes in room when guests are out. Condition: not a fancy place. Front desk guy is friendly, willing to drop to embassy or airport. Location: walking distance to punda and otrobanda, a movie theatre, lots of stores, 17 minutes from embassy ( $20 taxi). 7 minutes from Sambil mall (fls2.25 for trip). Building on highway, three parking spots at the back

I was pleasantly surprised by interior
The area is conveniently located near enough to walk to get essentials, and even better launching point with a car. The outside of the hotel will not win awards (I almost reconsidered), the interior was well suited. Stayed in room at the top of the stairs.

This is not a hotel
It is a house they changed the rooms to accomodate people. Staff was nice and helpful and room was clean but I just want to point out that it is not a hotel. You have to walk up very uncomfortable stairs with your luggage. It is cheap and close to commercial area. I would not recommend it if you are used to nice rooms.

A comfortable budget hotel
The hotel is very tidy and well-maintained. The staff, although not at the front reception desk most of the time, are very reachable by phone or email. They were very responsive to helping with the TV problem.

Affordable, clean and centarlly located.
Our trip was seamless from booking to checkout. Karen contacted us beforehand to arrange transportation from the airport to Mystique Suites. They also arranged for our car rental which was brought to Mystique. Kwame showed us around to help us get acclimated to Curacao. Our stay was made all the more better because of the great hospitality of the Mystique Suites staff.

that's not what I expected
upon arrival I was not the person in the reception . We waited 20 minutes to give us the room.The room was newly painted and had a lot of smell of paint.We asked another room change and hope . the hot water did not work.the truth very bad experience

Nice apartment in a house.
This is an apartment in a house converted to a hotel 10 minutes walk from Queen Emma bridge. Friendly check in and staff, good room service, comfortable bed, safe parking. Some reviews mention that area is not safe at night. I tend to disagree. Even though sketchy looking, area is safe. I walked the area as late as 3am and had absolutely no problems. Only cons, apartment is on a busy street, and sound proofing is non existent. Starting 06:30am, it becomes very noisy from the street noise. As well many guests shouting and banging doors. On the weekends, it's a bit quieter as a relief. Don't stay there if you want to sleep.
