We loved that our rooms had a little outdoor balcony area. Staff was very nice and helpful. The property is old and is showing its age with peeling wallpapaer and ripped carpet and an occasional bug. The pool is a long walk but was clean. The hot tub was warm, but not hot, as was our shower. We enjoyed the various sitting areas, the fireplace, ambiance. Outdoor areas are very dark. The beds (doubles, not queen) comfortable. Breakfast was average. Waffles were good. But the options lacked protein, which makes sense to keep costs affordable. Overall, I'd stay here again. I think it was a fair value. It was close (8 min drive) to both Williamsburg and Busch Gardens.
