We have staying in hotels, motels, B&Bs, apartments, homes, etc., all ranging from $60-600/night. With this property we got our money's worth, barely, but not a penny more. It is evident that the innkeeper is trying to manage & upkeep the property but it looks like it is a work in progress. For the most part our room was clean and was in okay condition. General maintenance and upkeep could be improved. Cleanliness...the room was clean except for the dead flies on the floor in front of the window. The concern here is why are they there? Why did housekeeping not see this and not clean it. If housekeeping missed this then what else did they miss or not clean?

Front desk manager that checked us in late in the evening was so sweet and caring. Hotel was on the older side but was clean and had an awesome breakfast selection.

Roaches are free!
See the photo. I was moved to another room - should have been moved to another hotel.the front desk girl was nice but lord I would have been apologizing and embarrassed. She was pretty calm about the whole situation which makes me think she was well aware of the issue. At that point I was so exhausted and had just taken a muscle relaxer so I didn’t pitch a fit. The new room didn’t seem to have bugs but the one bed had hair from off a hairy back or pubes. I just started crying. Don’t stay here. I could go on but it’s not worth it. Fresh paint but that’s like slapping lipstick on a pig.

Staff were very nice however rooms were dirty, dirt on walls, awful smell throughout the whole floor we were on. Our sheets had dog hair and what looked to be like a period blood stain. Tv did not work. The shower had rust and dirt in it. I definitely wouldn’t go there again.

Absolutely horrific. The entire wall was covered in black mold near the window. The heater did not work and it was 30 degrees out. My children were so cold at night. There was food left rotting in the dresser. There was a beer bottle found behind the bed. The room also smelled.

Outdated and Unclean
Our stay wasn’t great. Absolutely OUTDATED and dirty. I took a towel off the rack and it was brown with dirt. The hallways were disgusting. People lingering in hallway. Everything was covered in dust and cobwebs. When we checked in the lady was more worried about who she was texting then checking us in. Very disappointed

Taylor, Thanks, for the attached photo's yes there's a little dirt in the hallways on a night we're completely booked so lots of people going though the halls. Our housekeepers do run it once daily while they are on that floor cleaning the rooms. The line on the red wall looks like its in the paint so unsure what that was about. Also, we don't ask our guest to just check in and then be confined to there rooms we feel they do have the right to walk around if not making issues. If there was issues as you started why wasn't them addressed at the front desk so I could try to fix them. Also, I wasn't on my phone other then a split second and that was when you first walked in and I placed it down to do your check in. I was on a game when you walked in and I placed my phone down right away to do the check in. Snice there was no guest at the moment I played a few minutes of a game. I'm sorry if I offened you in an way I do Apoligze for that.

There is a BED BUG infestation at this hotel. The staff already knows about it. From desk staff told us they had this problem before and no one would believe her if she brought it up to the management. The bed was filled with these bed bugs. Please see attached images. Please also check under the mattress before lying down on the furniture. We left within half hour of checking in. Refund was processed promptly.

Very much a budget hotel
The rooms were extremely outdated. We had a non smoking room and it and clearly previously been a smoking room. Beds were very hard and the whole room just seemed gross.

Check-in was great. The manager was nicer and more professional than staff at other, higher star hotels. She noted that they were in the process of renovating, which was needed. But facilities were clean and tidy, despite their age. Breakfast was underwhelming; all refined carbs. You could have rice Krispies or apples if you were gluten-free. But still, coffee was decent, and it was food. We don't usually drive through here, but I would consider staying here again if we did. I've had worse experiences at newer, nicer hotels.

Clean room
Room was clean. Check in was easy but had to wait longer because the family before us had issue with their reservation. There were three of us but only two sets of towels in the room. It must be standard in most hotels nowadays since this was not the first time we had to ask for the third towel.

The hotel was laid out weird you had to go upstairs then go back downstairs to get to the room. The hallway had shoe prints on the carpet. There was a crack in the tile in the bathtub. On the positive side the Continental breakfast was good.

The room was clean and comfortable. My tv remote was missing and they gave me one at the front desk. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. They actually had a waffle maker... with batter and syrup. It has been a while since I have made a waffle at a hotel.
